【摘要】 大自然的景观资源是有限的,大众旅游的拓展需求是无限的;旅游要开发,环境要保护,如何使两者可持续地发展,这是自然景观旅游建筑设计最常遇到的困难。当前我国正处在大众旅游需求爆发期和旅游产业升级转型期,一方面,发展旅游对保护自然景观资源和社会经济发展具有积极意义,另一方面,过度开发和盲目开发出现的“人工化”、“城市化”、“商业化”建设现象已对自然景观资源造成痛心疾首的破坏。自然景观旅游建筑是指自然景观旅游区内为旅游开发需要而建造的建筑,它是人们在大自然环境进行旅游拓展的一种载体。自然景观旅游建筑的特性是既与自然环境密切相关,又与旅游活动密切相关,它的出现与存在可以使上述的供需矛盾向缓解或加剧两种截然不同的方向发展。因此,如何做好自然景观旅游建筑设计,从而有利于缓解供需矛盾,是迫切需要当今建筑师进行深入探讨的问题。本文以建筑设计的角度,围绕着自然景观旅游建筑的特征,紧扣“如何实现自然景观旅游建筑设计与旅游、环境的共生”的核心问题展开研究,将共生思想引入三者关系,提出共生关系设计理念,通过设计策划、设计内容、设计手法和设计流程四个层面共同建构,最后总结全文归纳出共生关系设计导则。各章主要内容如下:第一、二章包括提出问题和分析问题,是全文的理论基础。第一章绪论是提出问题:自然景观旅游建筑设计如何处理旅游开发与环境保护的矛盾?阐明了研究对象的概念、现存问题和发展机遇,以及自然景观资源进行旅游开发的必要性和破坏性,实证了问题的真实存在和课题研究的迫切性和重要性。第二章是分析问题,通过充分认识自然景观旅游建筑设计与旅游、环境的关系,指出共生思想的引入,是三者形成共生关系,以及缓解开发与保护矛盾的关键所在。第三、四、五、六、七、八章是解决问题。第三章在总结已有设计理念的意义和局限性的基础上,以该类型建筑建造的初始动机和本质问题为依据,提出了共生关系设计理念及其建构框架。共生关系设计理念是指建立在三者达成共生关系的目标前提下,同时满足旅游对建筑的需求、环境对建筑的需求和建筑自身需求的设计理念。该理念将指引整个建筑设计,追求建筑客观存在的关系本质,对有着密切关系的旅游和环境给予应有的关注。第四、五、六、七章在设计策划、设计内容、设计手法、设计流程4个层面来共同建构共生关系设计理念。在设计策划层面,以共生关系设计理念为指导,从定位分析、功能设置、设施规模、选址布局四个方面给出相应的设计策略,确保设计朝着三者共生的方向进行。在设计内容层面,从形态生成、服务对象、资源利用、排放处理和材料选用五个方面论述如何在满足建筑自身需求的同时,既有利于自然环境的保护,也有利于旅游活动的开展。针对自然景观旅游建筑的特性,提出具有适用意义的设计原则和方法。在设计手法层面,通过实地调研和和案例分析,总结归纳出共生关系设计理念指导下有利于实现三者共生的建筑体量尺度、建筑边界和建筑空间的设计手法。在设计流程层面,探讨自然景观旅游建筑在共生关系设计理念指导下进行创作的设计过程,设计流程包括目标设定、影响分析、方案生成、多方综合协同、检验评价、实施反馈6个阶段,体现出共生关系设计流程的针对性、循环性、开放性特点。主要解决的是如何保证共生关系设计理念在设计过程中贯彻的问题。最后,第八章总结全文,得出自然景观旅游建筑设计与旅游、环境的共生关系设计导则,分析归纳导则的作用和在宏观规划层面提出保证导则实行的初步建议,并基于导则进行典型案例分析评价。总而言之,本文系统分析了自然景观旅游建筑设计与旅游、环境的关系,指出在解决旅游开发和环境保护矛盾问题上,自然景观旅游建筑设计应遵循以实现三者共生为总目标的设计理念,在建筑设计过程中通过设计策划、设计内容、设计流程和设计手法四个层面来共同实施和贯彻共生关系设计理念。基于共生关系的设计导则对于当前快速增长的自然景观旅游建筑的建设具有理论和实践两方面的重要现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural landscape resources are limited, the expansion of mass tourism demand is infinite. Tourism has to be developed, environment has to be protected. How to make the sustainable development of the two, which is the most commonly encountered difficulties in natural landscape tourist architectural design. On one hand, the development of tourism has a positive meaning for the protection of the natural landscape resources and social economic development, on the other hand, over-exploitation and blindness-exploitation appear "artificial", "Urbanization" and "commercial" phenomenon has caused bitter damage on the natural landscape. Natural landscape tourist architecture is defined as architecture which requires for tourism development in a natural landscape tourist area, it is a carrier for tourism development in the natural environment. The feature of natural landscape tourist architecture is closely related with the natural environment, but also closely related with tourism activities, its emergence and existence can lead the supply and demand contradictions to mitigation or exacerbation the two very different directions. So, how to design the natural landscape tourist architecture, which will help ease the contradiction of supply and demand, is an emergent problem which needs the architects to study in depth.In this paper, the study focuses on "How to achieve the symbiosis among natural landscape tourist architectural design, tourism and environment" as the core issue from the perspective of architectural design, around the feature of natural landscape tourist architecture, introducing the symbiotic thinking into the tree relationship, proposing the symbiotic relationship design concept, through design planning, design content, design techniques and design processes four levels to co-construction, and finally concluding remarks summarize the symbiotic relationship design guidelines. The main chapters are as follows:The first chapter and the second chapter include raising questions and analyzing problems, are the theoretical base of the paper. The first chapter is to ask the question: How does the natural landscape tourist architectural design deal with the contradiction between tourism development and environmental protection? The concept, existing problems and development opportunities of study object, the need and destructive of the natural landscape resources for tourism development are clarified to prove the existence of the problem is real and the research is urgent and important. The second chapter is the analysis of issues, through fully understanding of the relationship between natural landscape tourist architectural design and tourism, environment, points that the introduction of symbiotic concept is the key to form symbiotic relationships, as well as to ease the contradiction between development and protection.The third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth chapters solve the problem. The third chapter based on the summation of the existing design concepts’significance and limitations, take this type construction’s initial motive and the essential question as the basis, proposed the symbiotic relationship design idea and the construction frame. The symbiotic relationship design concept established under the premise of the target for three objectives to achieve a symbiotic relationship, while meeting the needs of tourism, environment and architecture. The design concept will direct the entire architectural design, pursues the relational essence of the building objective existence, give the proper attention to tourism and environment which have the close relation with the architecture.The fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh chapters through design planning, design content, design techniques, design process four levels to co-construct the symbiotic relationship together. In the design planning level, take the symbiotic relationship design idea as the goal, from the location analysis, function establishment, the facility scale, the selected location layout that four aspects study the corresponding design strategy, to ensure the design towards the direction of the three symbiotic.In the design content level, through the morphogenetic generation, services objects, use of resources, emission processes and material selection five aspects to elaborate how to satisfy architecture own demand, meanwhile not only protect the natural environment, but also be advantageous to the tourism activity development. In view of the natural landscape tourist architecture’s characteristic, propose a suitable design principles and methods of significance. In the design technique level, through investigates on the spot and with the case analysis, summarizes the architecture mass scale, the architecture boundary treatment, the architecture spatial treatment three kinds techniques to be helpful in the natural landscape tourist architecture in realizes the symbiosis of architecture, tourism and environment. In the design process level, the study explores the natural landscape tourist architecture design process under the symbiotic relationship design concept, including goal setting, impact analysis, program generation, multi-integrated collaboration, test evaluation, the implementation of feedback six stages, reflects the targeted, circulate, open features of symbiotic relationship design process. What main solution is how to ensure the concept’s implementation in the design process. Finally, the eighth chapter summarizes the full text, obtains the design guidelines of natural landscape tourist architecture and tourism and environment symbiotic relations, analysing the role of guidelines and proposing the preliminary proposals to ensure the guidelines’implementation, and then analysis the typical cases based on the design guidelines.In a word,this article systematic analysis the relation between natural landscape tourist architectural design and tourism, environment. It pointed out that in the solution of traveling development and the environmental protection contradictory, the natural landscape tourist architectural design should follow take the realization of three symbiotic as the general objective design idea, through design planning, design content, design techniques and design process four levels to implement the symbiotic relationship together.
