航天光学遥感器EMC优化设计的研究

【摘要】 本文在航天应用环境下,以航天光学遥感器内部机械电子结构为基础,借鉴EMC领域的理论和方法来构建适合于EMC分析、测量和优化设计的策略,采用模型分析法来研究EMC问题,对电磁干扰源、传播途径以及敏感器件进行了详细分析,解决了航天光学遥感器EMC系统中存在的问题。首先详细分析了电磁干扰通过导线传导及耦合方式进入系统内部电路的情况,并相应建立了矩阵研究模型,分析了线缆参数对EMC的影响,给出了相应的解决策略。其次,建立了航天光学遥感器辐射干扰预估分析模型,分别对电缆、信号回路、空间电磁场等进行了模型分析,提出了器件组合分析方法,解决了相关领域的预估计问题。第三,针对EMC的模型分析,详细阐述了EMC的硬件设计优化方法,分析了屏蔽、滤波以及接地技术,进行了抗扰度实验并采取了相应的波长措施,达到了理想的效果。同时,针对航天领域的EMC测量,建立了专用EMC测量模型,其中包括了合格性测量以及故障分析,并建立了传导敏感度和辐射敏感度测量模型,为航天光学遥感器的EMC测量打下了基础,并提供测量的依据和方法。最后对航天光学遥感器进行了一系列EMC测试,得到了相应的数据和测试曲线。实验证明,文中所采取的EMC分析及其优化设计方法,取得了预期的效果,实现航天光学遥感器EMC优化设计。

【Abstract】 Under the circumstance of aerospace technology applications, this paper, based on the electronic structure of spaceflight optics remote sensors, constructs the strategies that can be applied in EMC analysis, measurement and optimal design through using the EMC theories and methods, adopts mode analysis in studying the EMC issues, analyzes the electromagnetic interference source, transmission routes and sensing device in detail, and solves the problems existing in the EMC system of spaceflight optics remote sensors.First of all, this paper analyzes the situation of electromagnetic interference entering the system interior circuit by means of conducting wires and coupled ways, sets up the corresponding matrix research model, analyzes the effect of wire and cable parameter on EMC, and provides corresponding solving strategies.Secondly, this paper establishes the spaceflight optics remote sensors radiated interference pre-estimating analysis model and analyzing the models of cable, signal loop and electromagnetic field, and it puts forward device combination analytical method, which has solved the estimate problems in related fields.Thirdly, aimed at the model analysis of EMC, this paper expounds the optimization methods of EMC hardware design, analyzes shields, filtering and ground connection technologies, carries on immunity test and adopts corresponding wavelength measures so as to achieve the ideal results. Meanwhile, directing at the EMC measurement in aerospace domain, this paper also establishes EMC-specialized measurement model, including eligibility measurement and fault analysis, and sets up conducted susceptibility and radiation sensitivity measurement model, which has laid foundation for the EMC measurement of spaceflight optics remote sensors as well as provided the measuring basis and methods.Lastly, this paper carries on a series of EMC test on the spaceflight optics remote sensors, and obtains the corresponding data and curves. And the experimental result proves that the EMC analysis and optimal design method adopted in this paper has obtained the expected effect and achieved the spaceflight optics remote sensors EMC optimal design.
