【摘要】 随着中国市场经济的逐步完善和社会经济结构转型加快,中国金融融资体系改革的步伐已经开始加快。投资银行业作为区域融资市场的重要纽带正在适应中国特殊的历史阶段所发生的经济、社会格局的深刻变化所带来的巨大挑战,尤其是随着中国区域经济发展向省域纵深延伸,省域经济的联动性进一步增强,发展中省域急需实现借鉴相对成熟的省域资本市场发展的经验来改革区域融资结构、提高融资效率以及完善区域金融体系以加快本区域的资本市场的发展目标。以发展成熟的区域经济体投资银行发展模式为依托,以发达省区域对投资银行与区域经济发展的相关性经验为参照,以发展中省域投资银行的管理和发展模式为借鉴,在未来一段时间内将成为摆在投资银行工作者和理论研究者面前的一个重要课题。以提高投资银行对省域经济的贡献率和实现投资银行更好的促进省域经济的发展为目标已经开始成为值得重点关注的问题。基于省域经济发展的投资银行对比研究,既是一个经济学课题,同时也是一个历史与现实相结合的课题。所以本文意在通过对对比省域投资银行产生、发展的历史演进规律的探索来分析投资银行与省域经济的协同性发展的道路,从而为省区域层面上投资银行与区域经济的协同发展提供理论经验和实践借鉴。全文共七章。第一、二、三章主要在省域层面上对投资银行与区域经济协同发展研究目的与意义和投资银行与区域经济发展的基本理论、国内外研究的现状等问题进行分析讨论。第四、五章分别对广东、吉林区域投资银行与区域经济发展规律进行研究。第六章主要对广东、吉林区域投资银行与区域经济发展进行比对。第七章则主要对吉林与广东投资银行与区域经济发展战略进行研究。通过全文分析和论证可见,省域投资银行与区域经济发展之间存在着协同性发展关系。要保持省域经济的快速、稳定和协调发展就要发展投资银行业,实现投资银行与区域经济的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese financing system is progressing quickly with the gradual consummation of Chinese market economy and the fast restructuring of the society and the economy. Investment banks which link up with regional financing market are adapting to gigantic challenges which brought by the tremendous change of the economic and social structure in this special historical period of China. What’s more, Chinese regional economy is extending to provinces, and the linkage of provincial economy is enhancing. Accordingly, in the forthcoming period there will be an important task for the staff and theory scholars of investment banks of China with regard to how to reform regional financing structure, how to perfect regional financing system, and how to improve financing efficiency for developing provinces by drawing on some experience from those comparatively mature provincial capital markets. Consequently, to rely on the evolving mode of investment bank in mature regional economy, to take its experience of relevance between investment bank and regional economic development for reference, to depend on the management and development mode of developing provinces, to aim at increasing investment bank’s contribution to provincial economy and promoting developing, have already been focused on.The contrastive studies of investment bank which bases on provincial economic development, is not only an economic issue but also one combining history with reality. Thus, this paper analyzes the evolvement of the coordination of investment bank with provincial economy by exploring the principle of provincial investment bank’s emergence and development, and explains some theories and practical experience for coordinating investment bank with provincial economic development.This paper consists of seven chapters, approximately 13,000 words. The first three chapters analyze the purpose and significance of studying the coordinative development of investment bank and regional economy in the terms of different provinces, discuss the basic theories of investment bank and regional economic development, and the current domestic and international researches. The following two chapters illustrate the regional investment bank and economic development of Guangdong province and Jilin province respectively. Chapter six compares the regional investment bank and economic development between those two province sand Jilin province. Chapter seven puts forward the strategic suggestions toward to Jilin province’s investment bank and regional economic development.The coordination does exist between provincial investment and regional economic development through the analysis and demonstration of the full text.
