【摘要】 区域经济增长问题是区域经济学研究的主题之一。传统经济学在解释区域经济增长问题时往往倾向于从生产要素等外在因素来进行研究,而对于文化(制度)等隐藏在经济发展背后的内在因素却很少进行深入探讨,导致传统经济学不能很好地解释经济的长期增长问题。本文认为,以地域文化为代表的非传统经济要素对区域经济的发展具有重要作用。因此,本论文提出从地域文化的区域经济效应视角来探讨区域经济的发展问题应成为我国区域经济学学科新的研究领域。在当前全球经济发展的“文化转向”背景下,我国经济、社会、文化的发展也进入快速转型时期。在区域经济实现快速增长、经济发展取得重大成就的同时,由于文化转型滞后出现的区域发展观念落后、政策法律体系不完善等现象,导致道德滑坡、社会信任普遍下降等一系列问题的产生,并对区域经济的健康发展产生严重影响。面对经济取得的成就与文化发展的失调、文化传统与现代经济的不平衡等问题,探讨地域文化与区域经济相互作用关系,研究促进地域文化转型与优化对策,实现地域文化与区域经济协调发展,成为我国区域经济发展亟待解决的重大研究课题。基于上述理论研究需求与实践背景,本论文以地域文化的区域经济效应为研究主题,在国内外理论与实践研究基础上,系统地分析与评价地域文化对区域经济发展的作用机理及作用效应,并以东北地区为案例,综合运用定性和定量研究方法,分析了东北地域文化对区域经济发展的积极作用和消极影响,总结概括了东北地域文化对区域经济发展的作用机制,并对东北地域文化对区域经济增长的作用效应进行了评价,最后提出了促进东北地域文化转型与区域经济发展的调控对策。全文共分为七章:第一章:国内外文化与经济关系的研究综述。对国内外文化和经济关系的理论研究进展以及文化与经济发展关系的实践进行了综述,提出了本论文的研究主题,建立了文化与经济关系的分析框架。第二章:文化与经济关系的基础理论。对文化及地域文化的概念、内涵、特征、功能等进行了界定与解析,梳理了文化与经济关系的基本理论,并对文化与区域经济增长的理论模型进行了总结。第三章:地域文化对区域经济发展的作用机理。明确了地域文化对区域经济发展的作用主体,受制于地域文化的区域经济客体,以及地域文化对区域经济发展的作用媒介,并对地域文化对区域经济发展的作用机制进行了重点研究。第四章:地域文化的经济效应分析与评价。分别从企业家精神、人力资本、文化资本和文化产业等几个方面,分析并评价了反映地域文化不同内涵的要素内容对区域经济增长的作用效应。第五章:东北地区地域文化概论。梳理了东北地域文化的形成和演变过程,总结了东北地域文化的主要特征,并对东北地域文化存在的主要问题进行了诊断,最后解析了东北地域文化形成的原因。第六章:东北地区地域文化的作用机制与作用效应。分析了东北地域文化对区域经济发展的积极作用和负面影响,并总结概括了东北地域文化对区域经济发展的作用机制,最后对东北地域文化对区域经济发展的作用效应进行了评价。第七章:东北地区地域文化与区域经济协调发展对策。立足于东北地区振兴,提出了地域文化转型与优化的主要目标,在此基础上,提出了促进东北地域文化转型与优化的主要对策,最后基于新型地域文化提出了区域经济发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional economic growth is one of the themes of regional economics. The traditional economics tended to explore regional economic growth issues from the productive factors. However, culture or system which hidden behind the internal factors of economic development was rarely explored. It was difficult to explain the problem of long-term economic growth for the traditional economics. This paper argues that the non-traditional economic factors such as regional culture have important role for regional economic development. Therefore, this thesis presents that it is a new research field for regional economics to explore regional economic development from the perspective of regional culture.Under the background of“cultural shift”about global economic development, China is also experiencing rapid social, culture and economic transformation. The regional economic achieved rapid growth, and got significant achievements. While, because cultural transformation is lagged behind economic, the trail of regional development concepts, defect of policies and legal system have leaded to many serious problem such as moral decline, a general decline in social trust and so on. These have affected the healthy development of the regional economy. To solve these problems such as disorder between economic success and cultural development, and imbalance between cultural tradition and modern economic and other issues, this paper argues that it is significant research subject to explore interaction mechanism between regional economic and regional culture and research the strategies of the regional culture transformation and promote coordinated development between regional culture and regional economic development.Based on the demand of theoretical study and practical background, the paper put forward the main theme of regional economic effects of regional culture, and systematic analyze and evaluate the mechanism and action effects of regional economic effects of regional culture. Then the thesis takes Northeast in China for example and synthetically uses mathematical statistics method and other technology, and analyze the positive and negative regional economic development effects of Northeastern regional culture. At the same time, this paper summarize the mechanism of regional economic development, and evaluate effects of regional economic growth. Finally, the paper proposes regulatory pathways to promote coordinated development between Northeastern regional culture and regional economic development. Full text is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter is research review of interaction between the culture and economics. This chapter summarizes the theory research progress and the theoretical and empirical studies of interaction between culture and economics for domestic and foreign. Meanwhile, the chapter put forward the research topic of the thesis, and establishes analysis frame between culture and economics.The second chapter is the basic theory of interaction between culture and economics. This chapter defines and analyzes concept and characteristics of culture and regional culture, and discusses the foundation theories of interaction between culture and economics. Meanwhile, the chapter summarizes theoretical models of regional culture and regional economic growth.The third chapter is mechanism of regional culture and regional economic development. This chapter reveal impact main part of regional culture, economic object enslaved by regional culture, and medium between regional culture and regional economic development. At last, this chapter research effect mechanism of regional culture and regional economic development.The fourth chapter is the analysis and evaluation of economic effects of regional culture. This chapter analyze and evaluate the economic effects of different contents and elements of regional culture from entrepreneurship, human capital, cultural capital and cultural industry. The fifth chapter is introduction to the Northeast regional culture. This chapter study formation and evolution of regional culture in Northeast, sum up the main features of Northeastern culture, diagnose the main issues of Northeastern culture, and analyze the reasons of Northeastern culture.The sixth chapter is impact mechanism and effect. The chapter analyze the active roles and negative impacts of northeastern culture to regional economic development, and summarize the mechanism of northeastern culture to regional economic development. At last, the chapter evaluate effects of northeastern culture to regional economic development.The seventh chapter is develop strategy between Northeastern regional culture and regional economic. Based on the revitalization of the northeast region, the chapter put forward main transformation and optimization goals of regional culture, and propose cultural transformation and optimization strategies for the northeast regional culture, and finally put forward regional economic development strategy based on the new regional cultural.更多还原
