采场损伤底板破坏深度研究

【摘要】 在广泛阅读国内外参考文献的基础上,较为系统地总结了底板破坏深度的计算公式。阐述了底板岩层损伤对底板破坏深度的影响,分析了采场煤层底板应力状态,并获得了一些规律性认识。基于损伤岩体裂纹起裂判据和矿山压力控制理论,推导了应力-损伤耦合及渗流-应力-损伤耦合两种状态下的底板破坏深度计算公式;给出了基于岩石力学试验参数和底板岩体损伤指数法损伤变量的计算方法,并用其计算了新汶煤田良庄井田51302工作面和肥城煤田白庄井田7105工作面的底板破坏深度。利用RFPA软件分别对51302工作面底板设定完整型、损伤型及渗流状态下损伤型的底板破坏深度进行数值模拟,验证了利用推导出的理论公式计算的51302工作面底板破坏深度结果;通过对51302工作面及7105工作面的底板破坏深度现场实测,进一步验证了所推导的损伤底板破坏深度理论计算公式的可应用性。在归纳出影响底板破坏深度的主要影响因素基础上,构建了基于优化BP神经网络的底板破坏深度预测模型,运用MATLAB软件获得了底板破坏深度预测优化网络模型,并将该模型应用到51302工作面和7105工作面底板破坏深度的预测,预测结果与实测结果相对比证明:该网络模型的计算结果比应用相关规程中给出的底板破坏深度计算公式获得的结果更接近实测值。运用多源信息融合技术对多种底板破坏深度计算方法的计算结果进行融合,提高了预测结果的精度,并将其在肥城煤田应用。

【Abstract】 Based on reading a wide range of relevant references at home and abroad, summed up the formulas of broken floor depth. Describe the effect of floor damage to broken floor depth. This paper analyses the stress states of the coalbed floor and have made great achievement. Based on the crack initiation criterion of damaged rock and underground pressure control theory, derived broken floor depth formulas under two states of stress-damage couping and flow-stress-damage coupled, gived two calculate methods of damage variable that are based on rock mechanics testing parameters and damage index of damage floor. Calculate the depth of 51302 workface in Liangzhuang, Xinwen coalbed and 7105 workface in Baizhuang, Feicheng coalbed by derived broken floor depth formulas. Regard 51302 workface floor as no damaged, damaged and damaged with flow and simulated broken floor depth by RFPA software. The simulated result is closed to the result by derived broken floor depth formulas. Realtime monitoring broken floor depth of 51302 workface and 7105 workface, Further verify the theoretical calculation can be applied. Find out the main factors to impact depth of destroyed floor, built forecast model by BP neural networks that use Matlab software. Forecast model is used in 51302 and 7105 workface and got results.Find out got results closer to reality than calculate results through comparing them. Based on the theory of milti-source information fusion, fused the depth results calculated by variety of broken floor depth methods, improve the prediction accuracy of the results. Take it used in Feicheng coalbed.
