煤矿井下辅助运输系统设计方法与智能调度研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、自动控制技术、网络技术在煤矿企业的广泛应用,我国煤矿采掘与监控自动化、信息化水平大幅提高,然而井下辅助运输系统发展相对缓慢,已成为制约煤矿现代化建设的薄弱环节。因此,对煤矿井下辅助运输系统展开研究,提高系统运行效率,解决现场存在的问题,具有十分重要的实际意义。本文对当前我国煤矿企业使用的各类辅助运输设备及应用情况进行了分析,总结了阻碍我国煤矿辅助运输系统发展的主要问题,针对存在的问题提出了有效解决途径。本文对当前煤矿辅助运输系统的设计方法进行了详细的分析研究。从煤矿生产的系统高度出发,总结了影响辅助运输系统的主要因素,并进行了详细分析,提出了当前我国煤矿井下辅助运输系统设计改造的原则。针对大屯矿区井下辅助运输系统的现状及存在问题进行了详细分析,提出了五种改造设计方案,并从经济性、技术性、安全可靠性等方面,对设计方案进行了分析比较,确定了适合于大屯矿区辅助运输系统改造的技术方案。本文对基于神经网络专家系统(ANNES)的结合方式、结构和实现方法进行了研究,在此基础上构建了煤矿井下辅助运输系统设计体系结构,并就基于神经网络的辅助运输系统性能分析经验专家库进行了研究,构建了性能分析专家库的神经网络模型,选择了学习算法,并对专家系统的工作流程进行了分析。针对煤矿井下无轨胶轮车运输系统当中存在的巷道内堵车问题,进行了分析研究,设计了一种适用于煤矿井下无轨胶轮车系统的巷道运输线路分析方法,并依据该方法对煤矿井下无轨胶轮车辅助运输系统建立了模型,对无轨胶轮车的运行规则进行了分析研究。并对巷道内无轨胶轮车的堵车问题进行了详细分析,找到了造成堵车问题的根本原因,设计了井下无轨胶轮车运输系统的自动控制算法。依据建立的无轨胶轮车运输系统模型,设计了煤矿井下无轨胶轮车智能调度系统,解决了无轨胶轮车运行过程中的堵车问题。本文对无轨胶轮车智能调度系统中的关键技术——无线传感定位技术的各种定位算法进行了对比分析,根据煤矿井下工作环境的特殊情况,结合无轨胶轮车运输系统的特点,提出了一种适用于煤矿井下的简化的定位算法。

【Abstract】 With the widely using of computer technology, the automatic control technology and the network technology in coal mining enterprises, the level of coal mining and monitor’s automation and information in our country has substantially increased,however, the underground auxiliary transportation system is developed relatively slow to become the weak links of restricting the modernization in coal mine. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to launch a study on the auxiliary haulage system to improve the efficiency of the system and to solve the field problems.This paper analyzes sorts of auxiliary transportation equipments and its application on the current use of coal mining enterprises to summarize the main problem which has hindered the development of auxiliary transportation system of coal mine in our country, and propose the effective addressing way in view of the existence question.This article conducts the detailed analytical study to the current design method of auxiliary transportation system of coal mine. From the system perspective of mine production, this article summarizes and analyzes the primarily influential factors of auxiliary transportation system in detail, and proposes the principle of design and transformation used by underground auxiliary transportation system of coal mine in our country.This text aims at the detailed analysis of the present situation and the existence question of underground auxiliary transportation system in the Datun mining area, to propose five kinds of reconstruction design scheme, and carries on the comparison to the design proposal from the aspects of economy, technical, safety reliability and so on, to determine the technical scheme which is suited to the transformation of auxiliary haulage system in the Datun mining area.This paper studies on the model, the structure and implementation method of neural network expert system (ANNES) and constructs the designing structure of the auxiliary transportation system underground coal mine, and analyzes experienced expert database on performance analysis of auxiliary transportation system based on neural network, established neural network model of expert database on performance analysis, chose learning algorithm and analyzed the work flow with expert system.According to traffic jam problem in the tunnel,we study and design an analysis method of roadway transportation line which is suited of trackless tyred vehicle system underground coal mine,and establish the model of auxiliary haulage system with trackless tyred vehicle underground coal mine basis on this method,analyze and research running rules in trackless tyred vehicle.Through detailed analysis for traffic jam problem by trackless tyred vehicle in the tunnel,we designed automatic control algorithm for trackless tyred vehicle haulage system underground coal mine. On the basis of trackless tyred vehicle transport system model this paper has designed the intelligent scheduling system, and solved the trackless tyred vehicle’s traffic problems.In this paper, we analyze and contrast all kinds of localization algorithm of key technology——wireless sensing Location of intelligent scheduling system. According to the special working conditions underground coal mine and the characteristics of the transport system with trackless tyred vehicle, we propose one kind of simplified localization algorithm method.
