【摘要】 外部技术获取是我国装配型企业技术发展的有效方式。但是,持续的外部技术获取并没有使我国企业建立起支撑产业技术持续发展的创新体系。如何更好的利用外部技术获取实现企业技术发展己成为我国企业面临的共性问题。为此,本论文以我国装配型企业的外部技术获取为研究对象,从技术知识观视角引入技术知识转化以理论分析和实证研究外部技术获取对企业技术发展的促进作用。所做的研究工作主要如下：首先,本论文界定了装配型企业的技术构成,提出了我国企业基于外部技术获取的技术追赶路径,在此基础上从技术知识观出发界定了我国企业的外部技术获取,并通过技术知识的转化媒介系统划分了技术知识的转化形式。研究认为我国企业的技术追赶是从产品架构技术到核心元件技术再到产业基础技术的核心技术链逆向构建。在上述过程中,外部技术获取加快了企业技术追赶,是技术知识转化的过程。由技术知识转化媒介,可以将技术知识转化界定为编码知识转化、内隐知识转化和物化知识转化三种形式。其次,本论文研究了我国企业的产品架构技术获取,在界定产品架构技术获取的技术内容和获取方式基础上,采用案例研究揭示了产品架构技术获取中技术知识转化的作用机理,并实证验证了技术知识转化对产品架构技术获取的促进作用。研究认为产品架构技术获取是对终端产品系统开发技术和生产装配技术的技术知识转化,由此形成了产品开发、工艺设计、设备工装和生产操作的技术知识积累,对外部产品架构技术的技术引进和技术改进具有重要的促进作用。再次,本论文研究了我国企业的核心元件技术获取,在界定核心元件技术获取的技术内容和获取方式基础上,采用案例研究揭示了核心元件技术获取中技术知识转化的作用机理,并实证验证了技术知识转化对核心元件技术获取的促进作用。研究认为核心元件技术获取是对核心元件研发设计技术和生产制造技术的技术知识转化,由此形成了元件开发、工艺设计、设备工装和生产操作的技术知识积累,对外部核心元件技术的技术引进和技术改进具有重要的促进作用。最后,本论文研究了我国企业的产业基础技术获取,在界定产业基础技术获取的技术内容和获取方式基础上,采用案例研究揭示了产业基础技术获取中技术知识转化的作用机理,并实证验证了技术知识转化对产业基础技术获取的促进作用。研究认为产业基础技术获取是对产业基础技术创新发展和应用开发的技术知识转化,形成了前沿的科学理论、技术原理和新兴的元件开发、产品开发的技术知识积累,对外部产业基础技术的前沿研究开发具有重要的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The external technology acquisition is an effective way for the technological development of China assembly enterprises. But continuous technology acquisition don’t set up the technological innovation system for sustainable development of industrial technology. How to make better use of technology acquisition to achieve technological development has become the common problems facing by Chinese enterprises. So this paper taking the external technology acquisition as study object, adopts the theoretical analysis and empirical research to test the promotion effect of external technology acquisition on enterprise technological development. Done research work are as follows:Firstly,this paper defines the technical composition of assembly enterprises, puts forward the technology catch-up path, based on the above analysis in technological knowledge view define the external technology acquisition, and through technological knowledge conversion media partition technological knowledge conversion form. Studies suggest the catch-up path is the reverse construction of core technology chain from product architertural technology, core-component technology to industrial basic technology. In the above process, external technology acquisition speed up the technology catch-up and is the process of technological knowledge conversion. According to technological knowledge conversion media, this research defines technological knowledge conversion as codified knowledge conversion、tacit knowledge conversion and physical knowledge conversion.Secondly,this paper researches the product architectural technology acquisition, defines the techonology content and acquisition mode, adopts case study to reveal the technological knowledge conversion mechanism of product architectural technology acquisition, and empirically proves the positive effect of technological knowledge conversion on product architectural technology acqusiton. Studies suggest product architectural technology acquisition is the technological knowledge conversion of terminal product development technology and manufacturing assembly technology, forms the technological knowledge accumulation of product development, process design, equipment tool and manufacturing operation, and has positive effect on technology importment and improvement of external product architectural technology.Thirdly,this paper researches the core-component technology acquisition, defines the techonology content and acquisition mode, adopts case study to reveal the technological knowledge conversion mechanism of core-component technology acquisition, and empirically proves the positive effect of technological knowledge conversion on core-component technology acqusiton. Studies suggest core-component technology acquisition is the technological knowledge conversion of core-component development technology and manufacturing production technology, forms the technological knowledge accumulation of core-component development, process design, equipment tool and production operation, and has positive effect on technology importment and improvement of external core-component technology.At last,this paper researches the industrial basic technology acquisition, defines the techonology content and acquisition mode, adopts case study to reveal the technological knowledge conversion mechanism of industrial basic technology acquisition, and empirically proves the positive effect of technological knowledge conversion on industrial basic technology acqusiton. Studies suggest industrial basic technology acquisition is the technological knowledge conversion of, forms the technological knowledge accumulation of basic scientific theory, technological principle and emerging component development and product development, and has positive effect on frontier research and development of external industrial basic technology.更多还原
