平庄西露天矿露井协调开采控制技术研究

【摘要】 煤矿生产的任务是开采地下赋存的煤炭资源,按煤层赋存条件可分为露天开采和井工开采两类。由于露天和井工开采引起的岩层移动、应力变化和形成的开采空间等会对矿井的生产产生相互影响,当两种开采方法的开采区域临近时,露天开采与井工开采必然存在相互影响,因此,在空间上需要科学确定两种采法边界的安全距离,在时间上要控制开采顺序,如何协调两类矿井的开采计划,开采关系,保证矿井安全生产是采矿领域急需解决的重大技术难题。本文在露井协调开采技术与方法研究的基础上,建立露天与井工开采三维数字化模型,应用理论分析、实验研究、数值模拟和现场监测等方法,分析了露天矿开采与井工矿开采的相互影响,确定了露天开采与井工开采空间位置上的安全距离,提出了露井协调开采技术方案并制定了安全技术措施。建立了地形地质、露天采场、井工巷道、采煤工作面三维模型,实现露天及井工开采数据集成,形象直观地描述露天采场与井工开拓开采系统空间位置关系。通过理论计算、数值模拟和实验室相似材料模拟,分析了露井协调开采条件下露天矿与井工矿的相互影响,揭示了井工开采的开挖效应、影响区域内岩体应力状态、上覆岩层移动特征和规律;研究了露天开采对边坡岩体和下覆岩层应力分布状态、岩层移动的影响,揭示了露井联合开采条件下顶帮边坡的变形破坏规律,以及在露天和井工开采条件下露天矿边坡稳定性。确定了露井间安全距离。完成了露天矿边坡岩移和应力监测,分析地表位移监测和应力监测数据,制定了露井协调开采方案及安全技术措施,最大限度地延长露天矿和井工矿服务年限,提高资源回收率,为平庄西露天矿和五家四井安全开采提供了重要保障,取得了显著的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The task of mine production is the exploitation of underground coal resources, according to conditions of coal seam it can be divided into open-pit mining and underground mining. Since the open pit and underground mining induced rock movement, stress and the formation of the exploitation of space, the production of the mine will produce mutual influence, when the two mining areas is near, the open-pit mining and underground mining is bound to influence each other, Therefore, in the space of two mining methods need to scientifically determine a safe distance from the border in time to control the mining sequence, how to coordinate the two types of exploitation of the mine plan, mining relations, to ensure mine safety in the mining areas of major technical problems need to be resolved .In this paper, based on the research of open pit and underground cooperated mining technology and methods. The three-dimensional model which include Topographic and geologic, open pit, roadway of underground mining is established, then coal face, open pit and underground mining data are integrated to discribe the spatial open and underground mining visual image to describe the open pit mining system development and well working relationship between spatial relationship Intuitively.By theoretical calculations, numerical simulation and similar material simulation, the stress state, overburden strata movement and excavate effect have been researched during the open pit and underground cooperated mining. The stress state and displacement characteristic of slope of open pit mining, the slope failure mechanisms at open pit and underground cooperated mining are demonstrate, and the safety distance between open pit and underground mine are determined. Based on the displacement and stress monistor of slope and surface, disformation characteristic and failure law of top slope at open pit and underground cooperated mining have been revealed.Then mining plan and security technology measures have drew up, and the service life of open pit and underground cooperated mining has been extended. It makes a important guarantee for western Pingzhuang open pit and 4th shaft of Wujia mine and has made significant economic benefits.
