【摘要】 煤炭工业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位,但其整体管理信息化水平相对较低。我国煤矿企业要增强国际竞争力还必须从提高信息管理水平着手,通过煤矿管理信息化建设促进煤矿企业管理现代化,提高管理效率,进而提高煤矿企业整体经营效益。近年来,企业资源计划ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning)系统已逐渐成为企业管理信息化的有效手段。但我国煤矿企业在整体上ERP应用数量少、周期长、应用范围也不均衡,还缺乏方法论的指导。要提高ERP在煤矿企业建设的效果,就必须针对煤矿企业管理的特点对ERP模式作全面、系统地研究,以期为其提供一个具有可操作性的参考方案。在供应链管理理论、业务流程重组理论与方法、企业资源规划系统理论与方法以及企业信息资源整合理论与方法等大量的理论研究和对阜矿集团煤矿生产企业实证分析的基础上,结合煤矿企业管理流程,确定了涵盖煤矿企业经营管理、生产管理、设备监控、安全管理等各个层面的能够增强企业最终效益的煤矿企业ERP建设指导原则,提出了从煤矿企业ERP需求分析、煤矿企业ERP实施模式选择、基于价值链思想的煤矿企业流程重组、煤矿企业ERP功能设计与实现、煤矿企业ERP绩效评价到煤矿企业信息资源整合博弈和应用集成的煤矿企业ERP应用模式,针对煤矿企业管理特点,将ERP的核心管理理念与煤矿企业管理的科学原理相融合,通过系统的应用为企业建立持续优化的管理体系,带动煤矿企业管理的科学化、体系化,为国内煤矿企业管理体系建设提供一个优化的参考模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coal industry possesses an important position in the national economy of China, but the entire administrative informationization level is still low. To enhance the international competition capability, the colliery enterprises of China must begin from improving the information management level, and by construction of the colliery administrative informationization to promote the modernization of the colliery enterprise management amd increase the management efficiency, so as to raise the integrated operations of the colliery enterprises.In recent years, ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system has already become an effective instrument for enterprise management informatization. But the applications of ERP system are still few in the colliery enterprises of China, along with the problems of long periodic time, disproportion of application fields and lack of guidance of methodologies. To improve the effect of ERP in the construction of the colliery enterprises, it is necessary to study the ERP mode comprehensively and sysmatically according to the features of the colliery enterprises, in the hope of providing a feasible plan for them.On the basis of massive theoretical studies and empirical analysis, this thesis determines the ERP construction and guidance principles that enhancing the bottom line of the enterprises, which cover the colliery enterprise operation and management, production management, and equipment monitoring etc., also put forth the ERP application mode for the colliery enterprises from the demand analysis, practice mode selection, flow recombination, function realization, merit appraisal to the application integration. The core management logos of ERP and the scientific principles of the enterprise management are therefore merged. By appying the system, the sustainable and optimized framework of management is built for the enterprises, and the scientization and systematization of the colliery enterprise management is brought along, with an optimized reference mode is also provided to the construction of the colliery enterprise management system of China.更多还原
