复杂产品协同开发平台关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济竞争的日益加剧,制造企业面临减少产品开发成本和缩短产品开发周期的压力。复杂产品通常是集机械、电子、液压、控制等多个学科领域子系统于一体的复杂系统,其创新开发从单领域到多领域,从单一应用软件工具到多种软件工具的综合应用,所涉及的团队成员、开发知识、数据资源更加广泛,开发过程的综合与协同更加复杂。因此,复杂产品的创新开发对企业传统开发组织模式提出了新的挑战,包括各种软件工具的综合应用、产品数据的集成共享,产品知识的统一管理、业务流程的统一监控、研发资源的统一调度、多学科团队的协同优化等。本文针对当前复杂产品的开发特点和要求,研究在分布式环境下的协同过程管理机制,建立面向复杂产品开发的企业协同和管理支撑平台。首先,在对复杂产品协同开发模式的回顾与分析基础上,分析了复杂产品协同开发平台的内在需求、功能体系和关键技术,建立了一种面向复杂产品的协同开发平台框架模型。其次,对复杂产品协同开发平台的三个关键方面:集成化过程管理、多领域统一产品模型以及集成系统仿真与产品配置的快速设计深入的研究。1)针对复杂产品协同开发过程的特点,建立了一种产品开发过程的层次模型,给出了集成化过程管理框架,基于层次模型和多级工作流空间实现了项目管理和工作流管理的深度集成。2)提出了一种产品开发空间模型,从集成与协同角度出发,对产品协同开发的组成与机理进行了深入的阐述,研究了产品开发过程中的知识对象。研究了基于Modelica的产品知识表达方法。3)研究面向大规模定制的产品快速设计机制,提出了一种将基于Modelica的系统层仿真与产品配置进行集成的快速设计方法;研究了多领域知识的表达和产品族模型的建模方法,并给出了基于递归求解的配置推理过程;研究了配置实例与基于Modelica语言的多领域仿真模型映射方法,利用InteMworks软件对仿真模型求解,实现对配置方案的仿真分析。最后,在上述关键技术研究的基础上,开发了基于.NET框架与SOA技术的复杂产品协同开发平台原型系统,介绍了平台系统的体系框架以及几个关键功能的具体实现。同时,介绍了本文的研究成果在企业的具体应用,并展示了相关的应用实例。

【Abstract】 With the fierce global economic competition, manufacturing enterprises are confronted with pressure of reducing product development costs and shorting product development cycle.Complex products are the complex systems with multiple disciplines, such as mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and control, whose creative development stems from single domain to multi-domain, from single application software to comprehensive application of several types of software. The team members, development knowledge and data resources, which are involved in their development, are more extensive to make the collaborative and integration even complex. Thus, the development of complex products is a great challenge to the traditional development mode of a enterprise, which includes the comprehensive application of various softwares, the integration and sharing of product data, the unified management of product knowledge, the unified supervision of business process, the dispatching of research and development resources and the collaborative optimization of multi-disciplinary.In order to meet the current characteristics and requirements of complex product development, this thesis studies collaborative process management mechanism in a distributed environment, and establishes a Complex Product Collaborative Development Platform (CPCDP).Firstly, based on review and analysis of complex product collaborative development modes, this thesis studies the internal needs, functional systems and key technologies of CPCDP. And a framework of CPCDP is established.Secondly, three key aspects of CPCDP, including integrated process management, multi-domain product model and product design method based on integration system level simulation and product configuration are discussed in detail.1) Collaborative product development process for complex product is hierarchical, nested, distributed, and it is difficult to manage well. In the thesis, a hierarchical model of product development process is researched. And an integrated process management framework is established. Based on t hierarchical model and multi-level workflow space, deep integration between the project workflow management and workflow management is achieved. 2) A spatial model of product development is presented. The composition and mechanism of collaborative product development are studied on the integration and coordination point of view, and the knowledge object of collaborative product development process is researched. Through the studies, a knowledge representation method based on Modelica is provided.3) The thesis researches rapid products design implementation mechanism for mass customization, and a rapid design method based on integration system level simulation and product configuration is proposed. Expression of multi-domain knowledge and product family model are studied, and the configuration reasoning process based on recursive arithmetic is given. In order to simulate configuration scheme, a mapping methods between configuration scheme and simulation model based on Modelica is proposed, and InteMworks software is used to execute simulation programmers.Finally, based on dot NET framework and SOA technology, a prototype system of CPCDP is developed. And its system architecture and key functions are described. At the same time, the implementations of above key technologies in the enterprise are introduced, and relevant application examples are show.
