【摘要】 本文以三亚旅游资源的开发与保护为主旨,其主要内容为六个部分:国际旅游岛、资源现状、资源开发、资源保护、制度保障和资源产业。国际旅游岛部分阐述海南建设国际旅游岛的内涵与意义、总体要求、主要任务,以及三亚在建设国际旅游岛中的地位与作用,这是三亚旅游资源调查与评价、开发与保护的现实背景。资源现状部分阐述了三亚旅游资源的分类、情形、特点和品质,是三亚旅游资源开发与保护的基本依据。资源开发部分阐述了三亚旅游资源开发的空间布局、时序安排、基本方式以及三亚旅游产品的创新等,这是三亚旅游资源科学开发的主要内容。资源保护部分阐述了三亚景区(点)的保护、旅游资源的保护、旅游环境的保护以及旅游资源保护模式等,这是三亚旅游资源科学保护的主要内容。制度保障部分阐述了旅游资源保护制度、旅游公共管理制度、环境容量管理制度以及旅游业竞争力保护制度等,这是三亚旅游资源合理开发的制度保障。资源产业部分阐述了旅游资源产业的内涵和特点,旅游资源产业链的特点,在此基础上,分析了三亚旅游资源产业的现状,提出了完善三亚旅游资源产业链的建议。全文一方面对三亚旅游资源的开发与保护问题作出系统分析与阐述,为三亚充当国际旅游岛建设的排头兵提供了理论依据和智力支撑,另一方面也在旅游资源理论研究方面有所突破、有所创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation focuses on reasonable development of tourism resources in Sanya, and its main contents consisit of six seetions: International Tourism Island statement, present situation of resources statement, resources distribution statement, resources protection statement, and regulation guarantee statement. International Tourism Island statement illuminates the connotation and significance, general requirement, main task, and function and position of Sanya in International Tourism Island construction, thereby posing the main backdrop of investigation and evaluation, and protection and development of Sanya’s tourism resources. Present situation of resources statement expounds the classification, situation, traits, quality of Sanya’s tourism resources, which provide basic foundation to resources development and protection of the city. Resources distribution statement elaborates the spatial layout, time order assignment, elementary manner of Sanya’s tourism resources development and the innovation of tourism products, and constitutes the main content of tourism resources development in Sanya from macro perspective. Resources protection statement elucidates the protection of scenic spots, tourism resources, tourism environment, and the protection mould of tourism resourse in Sanya, and therefore can be regarded the main content of Sanya’s tourism resources protection in macro sense. Regulation guarantee statement expatiates on the regulations on tourism resources protection, tourism public management, environment volume management, tourism industry competitive power, which compose regulation guarantee of reasonable development in Sanya’s tourism resources. The sixth section is intended to illustrate the distinguished feacture of both tourism resource industry and the chain of tourism resource industry. Under these illustrations, this dissertation analyzes the sistuation of the chain of SanYa tourism resource industry,which is accessible to summarize how to improve the chain of tourism resource industry in SanYa. The dissertation on one side gives systematic analysis and statement to the problem of tourism resources development in Sanya, and provides the city as vanguard to International Tourism Island construction with theoretical evidence and intelligence support, and on the other hand makes breakthroughs to tourism resources theoretical research.更多还原
