基于知识竞争力的我国高技术企业专利管理研究

【摘要】 21世纪人类将全面进入知识经济时代,以知识产权为代表的知识竞争力是企业发展的核心,而专利管理成为企业最主要的管理活动之一。在这样的背景下,论文以高技术企业专利管理为研究对象,以企业知识竞争力为理论支撑,结合演化理论、知识价值链理论、霍尔三维结构理论、系统分析理论等从不同的角度对企业专利管理的过程机理、系统构建、管理评价等进行研究,详细论证了以下内容:1.界定了高技术企业、企业专利管理、企业知识管理、企业知识竞争力的概念和特征,分析了企业专利管理与企业知识管理的区别与联系,构建企业知识竞争力理论体系;在此基础上,研究了我国高技术企业专利管理和知识竞争力的发展状况与存在问题,确立研究对象和研究视角。2.从高技术企业专利活动的一般过程出发,分析企业专利活动演化过程,归纳专利演化的一般规律,揭示出专利管理与知识竞争力的耦合性;在此基础上,分别从演化逻辑、知识竞争力结构体系两方面论证专利管理与知识竞争力的耦合关系,确定两者的关键耦合域,揭示两者的耦合机理,并结合样本数据分析验证了两者耦合关系的显著性。3.界定了知识竞争力视角下专利管理系统的概念,分析了系统目标与系统功能,论述了系统主体与系统边界,构建了企业专利管理系统,剖析了系统模块结构;在此基础上,运用系统分析设计的方法,从企业专利行为演化过程提炼企业专利管理系统的四大核心功能模块,并分析了系统主体模块与辅助模块的概念、结构、运作流程和作用。4.分析企业专利管理系统运行的内外部影响因素,结合影响因素研究不同企业类型所适用的组织架构,并分析了系统运行的动力机制,给出系统运行的管理控制要点。5.结合知识竞争力对企业专利管理的影响构建企业专利管理系统运行效果评价指标体系,运用“理想解-熵值法”(Entropy-Topsis)对哈尔滨市90个企业的样本数据进行实证测算,评价企业专利管理系统运行效果。6.最后,结合企业专利管理系统运行分析结论和测评结果,提出提高我国高技术企业专利管理的对策建议。

【Abstract】 Human beings will enter the knowledge economy era in the 21st century. The knowledge competitiveness on the behalf of intellectual property is the core of enterprise development and patent management becomes one of the most important management activities. Under this background, this paper, with high-tech enterprise’s patent management as the research object and the enterprise’s knowledge competitiveness as the theory support, combines the evolutionary theory, knowledge value-chain theory, Hall three-dimensional structure theory, network analysis theory to make research of the process mechanism, system structure, and management evaluation of enterprise’s patent management from different angle, and demonstrates in detail as the following:1. Definitions and features are made on hi-tech enterprise, patent and knowledge management, and enterprise knowledge competitiveness. While analyzing difference and relations between patent management and knowledge management, enterprise competitiveness theory system is built, based on which, the status and problems of the patent management and competitiveness is studied and research subject and perspective are determined.2. Based on the general process of patent activities in high-tech corporations, the coupling of patent management and knowledge competitiveness is revealed by analyzing the evolutionary process of patent activity in corporations and inducting the general evolutionary rule of patent. And then the coupling of patent management and knowledge competitiveness is verified from of evolutionary logic and the system of knowledge competitiveness so as to identify the key coupling domain and the coupling mechanism. Therefore, the distinctiveness of the coupling of patent management and knowledge competitiveness is confirmed by the analysis of sample data.3. Patent management system under the knowledge competitiveness visual angle is defined, system goal and system function are analyzed, the systematic subject and system border are expounded, enterprise’s patent management system is structured, and systematic module structure is analyzed; On this basis, this thesis uses the network analysis design method, refines the four key function module of enterprise’s patent management system from the enterprise’s patent behavior evolving course and analyzes the concept, structure, operating procedure and function of the subject module and the auxiliary module.4. The domestic and foreign influence factors of enterprise patent system that enterprise patent management system is analyzed; combining the influencing factor, the thesis researches organization framework suitable for the different enterprise type, analyses the dynamic mechanism of system operation, and provides the main point of management control.5. The thesis, combining the knowledge competitiveness impact on enterprise’s patent management, structures the evaluation index system of enterprise’s patent management system operation effect, applies "Entropy-Topsis" to calculate the sample data of 90 enterprises in Harbin, and appraises the enterprise’s patent management system operation result.6. Finally, the thesis, combining the analyzing conclusion and assessment of enterprise’s patent management system operation, puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to improve our country’s high-tech enterprise’s patent management.
