【摘要】 21世纪以来,在全球化进程不断加快的背景下,中国社会转型的速度、深度和广度也进入到了一个变化更加剧烈的时期,影响并推动着社会发展的方方面面。中国经济社会在社会转型过程中蓬勃向前发展,市场经济得到了进一步完善,然而在这个过程中也出现了很多与社会发展不协调的现象,特别是由于企业伦理失范引起的企业不良行为更是成为了社会关注的焦点,而这其中中小企业伦理失范问题则相对更为严重。以中小企业伦理建设推进社会转型时期企业与社会的和谐发展成为了全社会的共同诉求,所以无论是以企业自身的微观角度还是以社会发展的宏观角度来看,中小企业伦理建设体系研究都具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对国内外已有研究成果进行梳理和总结,概述社会转型时期中小企业伦理相关基础理论并界定相关概念,研究社会转型时期与中小企业伦理的内在关联,在此基础上分析社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设的必然性及价值目标。其次,建构社会转型时期中小企业伦理规范系统,主要分为企业外部伦理规范系统和企业内部伦理规范系统；为提高系统运行效果,对系统进行基于非线性、涌现性和自组织性的复杂性科学研究。再次,对社会转型时期中小企业伦理失范的主要问题进行了研究,并以宏观和微观两个层面分析中小企业伦理失范的原因。然后,提出社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设的对策,包括建设的总体要求、宏观环境的优化对策以及微观途径。最后,运用未确知测度评价模型对社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设水平进行了实证评价研究。本文研究丰富了社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设的理论内容体系,拓展了中小企业伦理建设的实践方法和途径,推进了社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设的科学性和规范性,不仅有利于中小企业自身加强企业伦理建设,更有利于动员全社会力量形成合力共同促进社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设水平的提高。论文研究为社会转型时期中小企业伦理建设提供了理论依据和对策参考,对于推动中小企业在和谐社会建设过程中发挥应有有利作用,实现企业与社会共同的科学发展具有显著积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21st century, under the background of globalization process, the speed, depth and breadth of social transformation in China has also entered an accelerating and vigorous period, the transformation influence and promote many aspects of social development. Economy society in China get an huge development in the process of social transformation, the market economy further perfect, however in the process also appeared many uncoordinated phenomenon with social development, especially bad behavior caused by enterprises has become the focus of the social concern which because of the enterprise ethics anomie, and small and medium-sized enterprise ethics problem is relatively more serious. It is common demand for the whole society to promote enterprises and social harmonious development through construction small and medium-sized enterprises ethics in the period of social transformation, so whether form microscopic perspective of enterprises or macroscopic perspective of social development to view, research on the construction system of small and medium-sized enterprise ethics during the period of social transformation has important theoretic and realistic significance.In this paper, first to research and collect the existing results at home and abroad, summary foundation theory and definition related concept of small and medium-sized enterprises ethical in the period of social transformation, and research intrinsic connection between the period of social transformation and small and medium-sized enterprise ethics, based on above research the paper analysis inevitability and value of construction on small and medium-sized enterprises ethics in the period of social transformation. Secondly, construction system of small and medium-sized enterprises ethics in the period of social transformation, mainly divides into enterprise external ethics system and enterprise internal ethics system; In order to improve the effects of system operating, the paper studies the complexity of system based on nonlinear, emerging and self organization. Thirdly, research on the present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises ethics in the period of social transformation, focuses on analyzing the main problem of ethical anomie; The paper studies the reasons of small and medium-sized enterprises ethical problems with the macro, microcosmic perspective according to the research of the current situation. Fourth, paper puts forward countermeasures for the construction of the small and medium-sized enterprise, including general requirements, macro environment optimization countermeasures and micro way. Finally, conducts an empirical evaluation research on construction level about small and medium-sized enterprises in social transformation period ethical with unascertained measurement evaluation model.Research of this paper enriched the theory content system of small and medium-sized enterprise ethics construction social transformation period and expand practice methods and approaches of the small and medium-sized enterprise ethics construction, and promote scientific and normative of the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise ethics, is not only beneficial to small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen the enterprise ethics construction, but also conducive to mobilizing all social forces form a cohesive force and jointly promote the small and medium-sized enterprise ethics construction level enhancement in social transformation period. The paper provides theory basis and countermeasures reference for construction of small and medium-sized enterprise ethics in social transformation period, it has significant positive significance for promoting small and medium-sized enterprise to play beneficial effect in the process of building harmonious society, and the realization the common scientific development with enterprise and society.更多还原
