【摘要】 在全民体育理念日益受到重视的后奥运时代,竞技体育建筑的赛后利用问题成为社会关注的热点。导致赛后利用问题的重要原因之一是建筑设计之前寻找问题的过程——建筑策划的缺失或不足。本文以全民体育背景下的竞技体育建筑策划为研究对象,通过建立竞技体育建筑策划的理论和操作体系,将建筑策划理论拓展性地应用到这类建筑中,为解决赛后利用问题寻找新的途径。竞技体育建筑指具备一定规模且能够满足大型赛事的大空间公共建筑,具备包括工艺优先性、结构同步性、设备适宜性和空间可塑性四个不同于一般建筑的特点。本文采用实地观察法、访谈法和调查问卷法对济南全运会和哈尔滨大冬会的共20座竞技体育场馆进行了调研,由赛后利用现状总结归纳出四类赛后利用问题,包括选址问题、有效利用问题、全生命周期成本问题和低碳利用问题,并将其作为竞技体育建筑策划要解决的问题进行了深入分析。本文在借鉴经典策划理论的基础上指出了传统策划程序和策划方法的不足,将运筹学和系统学等方法应用到竞技体育建筑策划中,并构建起竞技体育建筑策划的基本程序。本文将选择理论运用到竞技体育建筑策划的价值选择中解决了多元价值观并存的情况下策划的价值取向问题,并对策划工具和管理运作进行了探讨。本文将系统模型研究方法应用于解决策划操作问题,从系统论的观点出发,竞技体育建筑系统模型在不同要素轴上的投射对应了四类策划系统模型,包括选址策划系统模型、有效利用策划系统模型、全生命周期成本策划系统模型和低碳使用策划系统模型。通过分别研究四类策划系统模型的组分、结构和表达式,构建出模型在解决四类矛盾问题中的运行机制,从而探讨了竞技体育建筑策划的实施操作过程。最后,在借鉴POE等评价方法的基础上,建立了策划成果评价体系,验证模型输出成果是否符合策划目标,实现了策划的反馈和修正。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Post-olympic time under the background of national physical fitness, the post-game use problems of competitive sports venues becomes the hotpoint of public. One of the important reason of these problems is the lack of seeking design basis that calls the briefing. This article sets the post-game use problems as the study object, and brings the briefing theory into this kind of architecture by establishing a system of theory and operation in order to find a new way to solve the problems.The competitive sports venues refers to the kind of public architecture that pocesses particular scale and are able to hold big competitons. It has four characteristics concluding tecnics priority, structure synchronous, device suitable and space changeable. This article surveys 20 competitive venues in Jinan and Harbin by observing, interviewing and questionnaire, and summarizes four kinds of use problems from use situation including site selecting, effective use, cost in whole life circle and low carbon use. They are analyzed as the problems briefing has to solve. The article studys classic briefing theories and points the deficiency, and bring the operational research methods and systematic methods into briefing. This article brings the selecting theory into values selection, and discusses the briefing tools and management.It uses the system model method to solving operation problems, and establishes four kinds of briefing models. It discusses the operation process by study the model constituent, structure and expression. The evaluation system is built referring to the POE, and it can test the briefing result.更多还原
