【摘要】 科技企业孵化器和创业投资是促进初创高新技术企业发展的两种“孵化”工具,所不同的是孵化器为初创科技企业提供创业平台,创业投资为初创科技企业提供资金支持和增值服务。科技企业孵化器与创业投资具有战略一致性和资源互补性,具有进行战略合作的动机和相应的条件。研究科技企业孵化器与创业投资的战略联盟具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文基于系统论的思想,借鉴科技企业孵化器和创业投资的实践经验,综合运用系统分析法、系统仿真模型、平衡记分卡、灰色多层次评价法、实证分析法、熵权法以及层次分析法对科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟的的构建、机制、博弈以及绩效评价进行了系统的研究。研究成果对于指导科技企业孵化器与创投的战略合作,充实孵化器与创投的外部合作理论具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文主要包括四个的创新点:第一,对科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟的构建进行了系统研究,从科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟的形成基础、风险收益分析、模式选择以及伙伴选择等角度建立了完整的系统构建框架。科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟基于联盟各方战略的一致性和资源的互补性,在风险共担、收益共享的基础上,通过建立科学合理的联盟伙伴选择策略和联盟运行模式形成联盟各方优势互补和风险共担的综合性孵化平台。第二,建立了科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟成员系统博弈模型,基于孵化器、创投和创业企业各自在战略联盟中的角色定位和特定作用,系统分析了科技企业孵化器-创投机构,科技企业孵化器-创业企业、创投机构-创业企业的博弈关系以及联盟动态博弈关系,在此基础上建立了孵化器与创投的不完全信息静态博弈模型、孵化器与创业企业的合谋模型、创投与创业企业的信号博弈模型以及动态演化模型。第三,建立完整的科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟演化机制,包括科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟的形成机制、互动机制、运行机制以及风险机制。其中,形成机制为推动战略联盟的形成提供理论和实践支持,互动机制推动联盟内部形成多赢互利的合作关系,运行机制推动战略联盟的运作和提升,风险机制推动战略联盟风险管理和内部优化。第四,建立了科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟绩效评价体系,运用系统动力学分析影响科技企业孵化器-创业投资战略联盟绩效的关键回路,从中寻找影响联盟绩效的核心要素,并在此基础上从创新绩效、融合绩效、整合绩效和经营绩效四个层面建立了完整的绩效评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology business incubator and venture capital is two "incubator" tool to promote the development of start-up high-tech enterprises,the difference is the technology business incubator provide business platform, venture capital provide financial support and value-added services. Technology business incubators and venture capitals with strategic coherence and resources complementary, have carry on the strategic cooperation motive and the corresponding conditions. Research on technology business incubators and venture capitals in strategic alliance has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the idea of system theory, drawing on technology business incubators and venture capitals experience, comprehensive application of systems analysis, system simulation model, balanced scorecard, multilevel gray evaluation method, empirical analysis, entropy method and the AHP, establish a complete technology business incubators and venture capitalists in the form of strategic alliance research system of external cooperation,which includes technology business incubators -venture capitals alliance construction, mechanism, game and performance evaluation of the system. The research guiding the technology business incubator and venture capital’s strategic cooperation, enrich the technology business incubators and venture capitals in the external cooperation theory.This paper mainly includes four innoviton points: first, we established technology business incubators - venture capitals strategic alliance frame undertook the system studies.From the technology business incubators - venture capitals strategic alliance formation based on risk-benefit analysis, partner selection and model selection point of view to establish a complete system construction framework. Second, we established a game model system of technology business incubators - venture capitals strategic alliance. This paper argues that the operating system as a dynamic, based on the respective roles and specific function of technology business incubators ,venture capitals and start-up high-tech enterprises in strategic alliances,we analyse the game relationship of technology business incubator and venture capital institution technology business incubator and start-up high-tech enterprise,venture capital enterprise and start-up high-tech enterprise ,and their dynamic game relationgship,then establish incubator and venture capital of static game model with incomplete information,incubatoe and venture enterprise,venture capital and venture enterprise collusion model of signaling game model and a dynamic evolution model. Third, we established a complete evolution mechanism of technology business incubators–venrue capitals strategic alliance. This paper established the formation mechanism, interaction mechanism and operating mechanism of the technology business incubators - venture capitals strategic alliance. Fourth, we established a performance evaluation system of technology business incubators - venture capitals strategic alliance. The performance evaluation system is based on system dynamics. By system dynamics analysis to find the core elements of alliance performance, and on this basis of proposed technology business incubators - venture capitals strategic alliance performance evaluation system.Technology business incubators-venture capitals strategic alliance performance evaluation system including innovation performance, fusion performance, integration of performance and business performance, a total of 28 indicators.更多还原
