【摘要】 寒冷地区农村家庭能源消耗中采暖能耗占较大比例。采暖用能比例有商品能源比例上升、生物质能比例下降的趋势。随着新农村建设的开展,农村住宅面积逐年增加,农户对冬季室内温度的要求随着生活水平的提高也逐渐提高,追求舒适的室内热环境的同时对采暖能耗不加控制,粗放的用能方式、低效的采暖系统、缺乏保温的围护结构形式以及对采暖不利的平面形式都加大了采暖能耗。采暖能耗巨大的同时室内的热环境并没有达到舒适的要求。为了掌握寒冷地区农村住宅的采暖能耗状况,依托国家十一五科技支撑计划项目“农村住宅规划设计与建设标准研究”的子课题“寒冷气候区住宅节能技术标准与专题论证研究”的研究,作者对寒冷地区农村住宅进行多年的连续调研,对农村住宅进行住宅的测绘、采暖能耗的检测、对住户进行问卷访谈等,掌握了寒冷地区农村住宅状况及采暖状况的第一手资料。在调研资料的基础上,定量与定性相结合的分析了农村住宅状况和采暖用能状况以及室内热环境现状和需求,从住宅的平面形式、围护结构、室内温度、采暖方式等方面综合研究其对采暖能耗的影响。论文的创新点为:提出寒冷地区农村住宅室内热环境设计计算标准;提出适用于农村地区开展的住宅采暖能耗现场检测技术方法和采暖能耗核算方法。论文一共七章,第一章绪论,第七章论文总结,第二章对课题的实态调研进行了概述介绍,第三章至第六章分别就影响采暖能耗的各因素进行分析研究。其中,第五章对寒冷地区农村住宅室内热舒适温度进行研究并提出寒冷地区农村住宅室内热环境设计计算标准,第六章对农村住宅采暖能耗测试方法和采暖用能核算方法进行研究,提出适用于农村地区使用的采暖能耗现场检测技术方法和采暖能耗核算方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heating energy consumption of rural house in cold regions is in a large proportion of total household energy consumption.Rural residential heat consumption more than the national standard seriously. Meanwhile, the indoor thermal environment is not good, indoor temperature is lower. The main reasons for this situation are the following.First, the building envelope insulation performance is poor .Second, plane in the form of residential insulation is bad.Again, the thermal efficiency of residential heating system is very low.Finaly, habits of rural residents also contributed to a cause of high heat consumption. Based on the field research on rural house, author analysed the reason of the high hest consumption synthetically.The paper analyzes the heat consumption of rural house in cole arses comprehensively.The paper proposed indoor comfort temperature of rural house in cold areas.The paper put forward the methods of testing heat consumption for rural house and the accounting methods of heat energy use.The paper have seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the lase chapter is the prospects of the paper. The second chapter describes the basic information of the field research in rural residence. The third chapter analyzes the evolution of the rural house in cold areas,finds the key facter in the whole evolution.The chapter IV analyzes the envelope of rural residential. The chapter V studys the room temperature.
