高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制研究

【摘要】 高心墙堆石坝工程量大、建设工期长,自然条件和施工场地布置复杂,施工技术难度大,质量标准高,施工作业涉及众多环节且受诸多因素影响,给大坝的施工组织管理和实时控制带来很大的难度和风险。如何对高心墙堆石坝施工进度与质量进行实时地分析和动态地调整,通过研究二者之间的制约关系,进行耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制是高心墙堆石坝工程能否实现高标准、高强度连续施工的关键技术问题。本文以高心墙堆石坝施工进度和质量控制目标为对象,以追求二者间的协调为目的,系统、全面地开展高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制研究,取得的主要成果如下:(1)研究了高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制理论。结合高心墙堆石坝的施工特征,以系统的观点描述了高心墙堆石坝施工过程,构建了高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制指标体系,提出了高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制原理,建立了高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制数学模型,详细分析了模型所受的各种复杂约束条件,并阐述了高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制流程,为该理论在高心墙堆石坝施工实时控制和管理中的应用奠定了理论基础。(2)提出了基于耦合质量要素施工仿真的高心墙堆石坝施工进度实时控制方法。根据施工质量对高心墙堆石坝施工进度的影响,研究了耦合质量要素的高心墙堆石坝施工仿真机制,提出了耦合质量要素的高心墙堆石坝施工仿真理论与方法,设计了耦合质量要素的施工仿真流程,并研发了相应的系统软件。结合工程实例进行了施工进度仿真计算,验证了模型的可靠性,为高心墙堆石坝施工现场的实时控制工作提供了有效的辅助决策工具和技术支持。(3)建立了面向填筑单元的高心墙堆石坝施工进度与质量综合量化关系模型。利用该模型对高心墙堆石坝填筑单元的施工效果进行综合评价,可以量化的反映出施工进度与质量之间的复杂关系,有利于决策者找到二者之间的平衡点,为高心墙堆石坝耦合施工进度与质量的实时控制起到了一定的理论指导作用。(4)提出了建设高心墙堆石坝施工智能控制系统的构想。结合物联网技术提出了高心墙堆石坝施工智能控制系统的建设目标,建立了高心墙堆石坝施工智能控制系统的总体框架结构,设计了高心墙堆石坝施工智能控制系统的功能模块并详细分析了每个模块的建设方案、工作原理和实现的具体功能,为创新高心墙堆石坝施工管理模式提供了新的研究思路。

【Abstract】 High core rock-fill dam, with the characteristics of large engineering quantity, long construction period, complicated natural conditions and construction site layout, great technical difficulty and high quality requirement, involves many construction links and is influenced by numerous factors, so that construction management and real-time control is quite difficult. How to perform dynamic analysis and adjustment on schedule and quality to carry out real-time control coupled with construction schedule and quality for the construction process, is the critical problem associated with high-standard, high-intensity continuous construction of high core rock-fill dam. Taking construction schedule and quality of high core rock-fill dam as object, to coordinate the relationship between them, real-time control coupled with construction schedule and quality of high core rock-fill dam is researched. The main contents and achievements are summarized as follows:(1) The theory of real-time control coupled with construction schedule and quality of high core rock-fill dam is studied. Combining with the construction characteristic of high core rock-fill dam, the construction process is described systematically and the index system for real-time control coupled with construction schedule and quality is established. Based on the system decomposition -coordination coupling analysis, high core rock-fill dam construction real-time control theory is presented. Real-time control mathematical model for high core rock-fill dam construction coupled with schedule and quality is built with constraint conditions analyzed in detail, and the real-time control flow is also presented, which has laid a theoretical foundation of applying the methods to real-time control of high core rock-fill dam construction process.(2) The method for construction schedule real-time control of high core rock-fill dam is proposed based on construction simulation coupled with quality factors. According to the influence of construction quality on construction schedule of high core rock-fill dam, the simulation mechanism coupled with quality factors is researched, under which the simulation theory and method coupled with quality factors of high core rock-fill dam is put forward, and the simulation flow is designed. On the basis of the above research, the system software of construction simulation coupled with quality factors for high core rock-fill dam is developed. At last, the method is applied to a practical project, and the reliability of the model is proved, which provides an effective aided decision-making tool and technical support for real-time control of high core rock-fill dam construction.(3) The comprehensive evaluation model coupled with construction schedule and quality oriented to the filling unit for high core rock-fill dam is established. According to the comprehensive evaluation of the filling unit by the model, the complex relationship between construction schedule and quality is quantified, so that the decision maker find the balance point between them easily, which provides a theoretical guidance for real-time control coupled with construction schedule and quality of high core rock-fill dam.(4) The conception of the high core rock-fill dam construction intelligent control system is put forward. Based on the technology of internet of things, the target of the high core rock-fill dam construction intelligent control system is proposed firstly, then the overall frame structure of the high core rock-fill dam construction intelligent control systems is established, finally the function module of the high core rock-fill dam construction intelligent control system is designed and the construction scheme, working principle and specific function of each function module is analyzed in detail, which provides a new research thinking for innovative management mode of high core rock-fill dam construction.
