东营市地质生态环境评价与可持续发展研究

【摘要】 东营市位于山东半岛城市群的北翼中心,地处环渤海经济圈的中心区位,是山东半岛城市群与京津冀联系的重要通道,同时还是山东半岛城市群区域经济发展和城市建设的重要资源城市,是山东半岛蓝色经济区以及黄河三角洲高效生态经济建设区的核心城市。因此,研究东营市地质生态环境质量及其可持续利用途径,具有重要的实际意义。本文通过实地调查研究,查阅大量相关资料,对东营市区域地壳稳定性分析评价、地质生态环境质量评价及其可持续利用进行了全面的系统的研究,具体内容如下:(1)在充分调查研究的基础上,分析东营市的自然生态环境,研究东营市的地形地貌、地层与岩石、区域地质构造、主要断裂及其活动性、主要土体类型及其工程地质特性、工程地基适宜性分区等基础地质环境,为后续研究奠定基础。(2)分析东营市地震活动特征以及对地震液化问题进行分析,同时分析影响东营市地壳稳定性的因素,确定了由6个评价指标,4级分级标准的评价指标体系,并将东营市划分成9个评价区,并对每个区悲歌评价指标进行打分,运用隶属度函数确定了每个指标的隶属度值,后对评价指标赋予不同的权重,运用模糊数学综合评判方法对评价区的地壳稳定性进行评价和分区,以指导东营市的工程场地选址、设计参数选择。(3)分析东营市地质生态环境问题的主要类型、特点及与人类工程活动的关系;研究东营市地质生态环境问题的变异规律,建立各类东营市地质生态环境问题发展演化的地质模型,探索影响东营市地质生态环境问题质量的触发因素。(4)在上述对东营市主要地质灾害与环境地质问题进行分析和研究的基础上,确定了由3个一级指标,18个二级指标组成的东营市地质生态环境质量定量评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定了这18个二级指标的权重。将该区域划分为2581个评价单元,采用层次分析-模糊综合评判法(AHP-FUZZY)对各个单元山东省统计年鉴》确定2001-2005五年间东营市单位面积地区生产总值,同时分析了东营市2001~2005年地质生态环境质量动态变化趋势。(6)研究制约和影响东营市可持续发展的因素,并基于东营市地壳稳定性评价结果以及东营市地质生态环境质量评价结果对东营市的可持续发展提出意见和建议,最后提出东营市地质灾害防治对策以及水土体油气污染的防治对策,为东营市的可持续发展提供依据。

【Abstract】 Based on the field investigation and study, consulting a large number of dongying related information, regional crustal stability analysis and evaluation, geological ecological environmental quality assessment and the sustainable utilization of the overall system, specific content as follows:(1) in full on the basis of investigation and study, analysis the natural ecological environment, dongying city lay the foundation for further study.(2) Analysis of characteristics and seismic activities of dongying earthquake liquefaction determined problems were analyzed, and the evaluating index system and evaluation area, division will dongying determines the index of membership value of index weights are given to these, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the crustal stability evaluation and partition.(3) Analysis of the geological ecological environment problems of dongying main types, characteristics and the relationship with human engineering activities; Research dongying city geological ecological and environmental problems variation patterns.(4) Sure dongying city geological ecological environment quality quantitative evaluation index system, and by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) sure indexes weights. Adopt hierarchical analysis - a FUZZY comprehensive evaluation FUZZY analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to each unit - the geological ecological environment quality, obtained the quantitative evaluation of geological environment quality evaluation map of the city.(5) Sure dongying city ecological environmental quality development trend of geological evaluation index system, USES ahp to index proportion, establish evaluation model calculation dongying five years from 2001 to 2005 geo-ecological environment quality scale value, and analyses the dongying city from 2001 to 2005 geological unit area ecological environmental quality and dynamic change trends in GDP.(6) Study restricted and influenced factors of dongying city sustainable development, and based on the evaluation of earth crust stability results and of dongying city ecological environmental quality assessment results of geological of dongying city sustainable development present opinions and control countermeasures.
