【摘要】 兽药在防治动物疾病,促进我国畜牧业健康发展的同时,也极大地提高了人们的生活水平,兽药产业在我国的国民经济中具有重要的地位。但我国的兽药企业在生产能力、研发水平、产品的质量及管理等方面都与欧美等发达国家有很大差距。随着我国兽药行业对外开放的不断加大,国际跨国企业纷纷进入国内市场,同时,国内兽药企业数量还在逐渐增加,使我国兽药企业面临着前所未有的竞争压力。如何把握形势,在激烈的竞争中生存、发展,成为每个兽药企业面临的难题,也是本文研究的目的与核心。论文从企业核心竞争力的角度研究分析兽药企业未来的发展方向和市场定位,为兽药企业的长远发展提供了新的思路,本文的主要研究工作有:1从企业核心竞争力的理论渊源入手,陈述了各个时期具有代表性的学者对于核心竞争力的不同观点和认识,分析了核心竞争力的概念、特征、结构层次、评价体系与方法,为本文的研究奠定思想和理论基础。2阐述了国内外的兽药产业现状与趋势,从行业政策、经济、技术和社会4个方面分析了兽药企业的外部环境;用“五力模型”分析了兽药企业所处的行业环境;从产品、研发与技术水平、营销等方面分析了兽药企业的内部环境。通过准确的分析,说明了兽药企业创造、培育核心竞争力的必要性和迫切性。3以目的性、系统性、可行性、可比性为评价原则,探索性地提出了兽药企业核心竞争力的评价体系,包括企业规模、技术创新、市场运营能力、企业文化等9个方面38个指标,建立了基于模糊综合评价法的兽药企业的核心竞争力的评价模型,并采用6个熟悉的兽药企业数据进行了实证分析,验证了评价体系的合理性和实用性。4结合兽药企业的发展现状,提出了培育我国兽药企业核心竞争力的若干策略,主要包括技术创新、产品创新、营销创新、管理创新、文化创新、品牌创新,以及兽药企业要实施信息化管理等,具有一定的针对性和可行性。论文的创新点在于首次系统地把核心竞争力理论应用到兽药企业的研究中,建立了兽药企业核心竞争力的评价体系和方法,并运用案例进行了实证研究,提出了兽药企业培育核心竞争力的若干途径,具有较强的理论和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Veterinary drugs play an important role in preventing and treating animal diseases, promoting the healthy development of husbandry, improving people’s living standards. Veterinary drug industry has an important role in the national economy. However, Th- ere is a wide gap between Chinese and developed countries in veterinary drug indust- ry, such as production, research and development, sales, product quality and adminis- tration. With the open of the veterinary drug industry in China, many multinational enterprises entered the domestic market one after another, at the same time, domestic veterinary drug companies are still increasing every year, therefore, veterinary drug enterprises in China are facing unprecedented competitive pressure. How to grasp the situation, survive from the competition and to develop is becoming a difficult problem for each animal drug company, that is also the purpose and core of my reseacrh. In this paper, We researched and analyzed the developmental direction and appropriate market orientation for veterinary drug company from the point of view of core competence, providing a new ideas for them to develop, The main achievements as followed:Firstly, this research starts with the origin of the theory of core competence with elaborating dissimilar standpoints of scholars in diferent period, analyzes the conception, traits, structural levels, evaluation system and method, which settle foundation of ideologies and theories for the research.Secondly, discusses current situation and its development about veterinary industry in overseas and China. Analyzes the external environment for animal company from policy, economy, technology, society, and industry cindition with“Five competitive ability patterns”, and internal environment from product, level of R&D and technology, marketing. According accurrate analysis of competition circumstances surrounding aniaml enterprise in China, emphasizing that its necessary and urgent for them to create and cultivate core competence.Thirdly, based on the above research, the paper brings forward an index system for evaluating the veterinary drug companies’s Core Competence, including nine major types and thirty-eight concrete indexes, such as firm size, technology innovation, ability of market operators, corporate culture ect. In addition, found on the Puzzle Evaluation Method, the essay establishes an evaluation model for animal drug firm to assess core competence. And then, uses six animal drug companies’data as an example, evaluates the core competence in detail to confirm the reasonability and the reliability of the evaluation system.Lastly, according to the current development status of the domestic veterinary drug companies, the paper provides several practical methods to cultivate the core competence of animal drug companies, including innovation of technology, products, marketing, administration, culture, brand, and information management, Those proposals are considerable practical and feasibility.The innovation of the paper is that the theory of core competence is used to the study of animal drug enterprise for the fist time, establishes the evaluation system and method of core competence based on the the characters of our animal drug manufactures, and makes an empirical study using examples, puts forward some policy nurturing animal drug company’s core competence.更多还原
