基于绿色交通构建低碳枢纽

【摘要】 当代城市的高速发展和人口的高度聚集带来了环境污染、空间混乱、交通阻塞等问题,提高交通系统的运行效率可以获得节能减排的良好效果,高速铁路所具备的低碳化优势成为解决城市和交通问题的首选。高速铁路的迅速发展所带来大规模的高铁枢纽建设任务需要具有前瞻性的理论进行指导。高铁枢纽是构建绿色交通网络的关键性节点,通过低碳型高铁枢纽的介入可以提高城市交通系统的运行效率,改善城市空间结构,符合城市可持续性发展的本质需求。因此,论文以构建“绿色交通”为出发点,以低碳型高铁枢纽为研究主体,探讨了基于绿色交通理念下的低碳型高铁枢纽的关键性要素;构建了低碳型高铁枢纽规划设计的研究体系;提出了系统化的低碳型高铁枢纽规划设计策略;展望了符合国情的低碳型高铁枢纽的建设构想。论文通过对绿色交通理念的借鉴,剖析铁路枢纽走向生态化发展的历程,分析了高铁枢纽的发展现状及基本模式,从而提出了构建低碳型高铁枢纽的必要性及其本质内涵。论文分三大部分研究系统性低碳化策略的原则与运用:首先,低碳型高铁枢纽的整体规划必须贯彻系统性的环境观。通过系统性的环保理念来指导场址选择,通过评价体系的介入以及环境影响模型使选址方案理性化;以节能理念指导枢纽地区的交通组织;以系统的环境观指导功能布局,强调集约化的土地利用、便捷高效的换乘模式、适宜的尺度及出入口位置的规划。其次,与城市的协调、共生是低碳型高铁枢纽外部空间形态规划设计的核心要素,要实现对城市空间的延续和尊重,从城市的整体形态出发设计。第三,高效、低耗应作为内部空间的组织原则,强调高效的交通空间、人性化布置的商业空间、加大对地下空间的开发和利用,通过高效的空间组织方式实现节能减排的目标。论文通过对不同社会背景下的代表性高铁枢纽建设实例的分析,总结和归纳了三种不同的发展模式并进行横向对比,目的在于构建一个具有普适性的低碳型高铁枢纽的评判体系。论文最后对构建适宜于我国的低碳化高铁枢纽的策略进行了一定的思考。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of modern city and highly gathered population caused environmental pollution, chaos space and traffic jams. Improving the operation efficiency of traffic system can obtain the good results of energy conservation and emissions reduction. .The advantage of low carbonation of high-speed rail becomes the first choice to solve the problems of city and traffic.The large-scale high iron hub construction tasks which were brought by the rapid development of high-speed railway need forward-looking theory guidance. High speed rail traffic is the key nodes of building network green hub. Through the low carbon type high iron hub intervention can improve the urban transportation system and the operation efficiency of urban space structure, and can accord with the essence of urban sustainable development needs. Therefore, the starting point of the paper is constructing "green traffic", and the main research of the paper is the low carbon type high iron hub. We discussed the low carbon type high iron hub’s key elements which based on the concept of green transportation; constructed the researching system of low carbon type high iron hub plan design; put forward the design strategy of systematic low carbon type high iron hub plan; looked forward the low carbon type with the construction of high iron hub conception which complied the Chinese Circumstance.In the paper we borrowed ideas from green traffic concept; analyzed the changing towards the railway hub and the high-speed railway’s development of the high iron hub and the basic mode; put forward the necessity and essence of construction of low carbon type high iron hub. We divided the paper into three parts to reach the principles and functions of systematic low carbonization strategy.Firstly, low carbon type high iron hub’s overall planning must implement systematic view of environment. We can choose suitable guidance according to the systematic conception of environmental protection and we can location scheme rationalization according to the evaluation system and environment influence the involvement of model. We should guide the hub area of traffic organization according to the energy-saving principle; and guide function layout under system environment view; emphasize the intensive land utilization , convenient an d efficient transfer mode, appropriate measure , entrances position of planning.Secondly, the low carbon type high iron hub external space form the core elements of planning design of urban space is city’s coordination and symbiosis. We should realize the continuation of and respect, and design from the whole pattern of the city.Third, high efficient and low-energy would be looked as the organizational principles of internal space. We should emphasize the efficient transport space and humanized layout commercial space, increase the development and utilization of underground space, realize energy saving and emission reduction targets according to the efficient and the spatial organization ways.In the paper, according to the examples of the representative high iron hub in the different social background, we constructed the three different development patterns to compare. The purpose of the paper is constructing an evaluation system of generality low carbon type high iron hub’. And at last I was thinking over about the strategy of constructing the suitable low carbonization high iron hub in our country.
