【摘要】 近年来，随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，建筑更新相关领域逐渐成为一项学术热门。虽然十几年来我国该领域的研究工作已取得一定成绩，积累了大量学术成果，但与欧美等国家相比还存在一定差距。同时，未来我国将进一步加大集约化的城市开发力度，建筑更新领域的学术研究工作将对未来我国城市良性发展建设有着重要指导意义。因此随着该领域学术研究的不断成熟，有必要从更高的角度对该领域“学术研究”本身进行一次再研究。本文工作正是基于这一目的展开。本文站在建筑更新领域学术研究发展历程的一个历史节点上，通过对国内外该领域相关学术及实践成果的梳理与分析，全面总结中西方建筑更新领域的既往学术研究发展脉络，直观的说明到目前为止该研究领域内各个层面的发展情况与研究动向。基于国内外建筑更新领域学术发展脉络，本文再进一步从社会文化，政治经济，法律法规，学科发展历史等诸多层面对其展开成因分析，通过多角度论证以得出其背后影响因素，力求揭示中西方建筑更新领域学术发展的本质特征与基本规律。本文结尾对中西方建筑更新领域学术发展的各方面情况进行了综合比较，同时还对我国近十余年间建筑更新相关领域的高校学位论文展开深入的统计分析，将我国该领域研究工作的优势与不足之处进行总结，并进一步结合当前形势对未来我国建筑更新领域学术研究的正确发展方向进行指导性前瞻。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,as China’s urbanization process has been moving forward,the "architecture renewal"has become a popular academic research field.Though the domestic research of this field has accumulated a large number ofacademic achievements in more than a decade, but in comparison with thewestern country, there are still some disparities. Meanwhile, our country willincrease the intensity of intensive urban development in the future. Theresearch in architecture renewal field would make a referenced effect onChina’s future urban development. So, with the academic research in this fieldin China continues to mature, it’s necessary to research the "academicresearch" of itself from a higher angle. This paper is just based on the verypurpose.Through the analysis of previous academic and practice achievements,thispaper stands on a node of the whole historical development process of theresearch in architecture renewal field, makes a comprehensive historicalsummary of western and domestic researches in this field. Then, based on thishistorical summary, this paper porcessed a causes analysis further, whichincluding the society, culture, political, economy, laws, regulations, disciplinaryhistory, and many other multi-angle aspects,demonstrated out the developingfeatures and developing rules of the research in architecture renewal field.There is a comparative study of western and domestic research inarchitecture renewal field at the end of this paper. By means of gathering andcounting the domestic graduation thesis of architecture renewal & preservationfield in the past more than ten years, this paper not only introduced the positionand the developmental features of domestic academic research in architecturerenewal field, but also pointed out and analysed the deficiency of which. Finally,by combined with the current situation, this paper demonstrated thedeveloping trends and make a forward-looking guidance for the futuredomestic research in architecture renewal field.更多还原
