差别化的自主创新经济增长模式研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来中国经济保持了持续的高速增长,但中国经济发展取得巨大成就的同时,其在世界领域中竞争优势却主要是通过低成本的劳动生产率、巨大的潜在市场,以及大规模的但低效率的政府投资来实现的,要维持未来持续稳定的经济增长,中国必须尽快提高自主创新能力,尤其是先进核心技术的自主创新能力来调整产业结构,转变经济增长模式。在提高自主创新能力过程中,研究自主创新对经济增长的作用以及提高自主创新能力的方式具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。论文利用中国各地区和大中型工业企业的历史数据在自主创新能力差异分析的基础上,通过比较优势和自主创新增长模式的比较研究了自主创新对经济增长的作用;通过技术引进、技术引进再创新和自主研发的比较分析了在不同的自主创新能力下技术进步形式的选择及其对经济增长影响的变化规律。自主创新能力的差异分析包括水平差异分析和效率差异分析两个方面,在水平差异分析时利用建立的自主创新评价指标体系通过因子分析法和聚类分析方法进行了评价。在自主创新效率的评价中采用了随机前沿分析法,分析了在效率评价中各主体的效率水平、各投入要素对产出要素的显著性以及动态变化趋势。自主创新与比较优势增长模式的比较时根据科技投入差异分析的结果把整个经济分成技术投入水平高的地区和技术水平投入低的地区两个类别。采用面板数据对技术投入水平低的地区和技术投入水平高的地区进行分析考察资本和劳动等各影响因素对经济增长的影响,通过分析结果说明两种经济增长模式对经济增长的影响。差别化的自主创新经济增长模式研究包括技术进步形式的选择和自主创新与经济增长的关系分析。分析时采用面板数据模型和面板数据的分位数回归方法分析了技术引进经费和技术消化吸收再创新经费对工业增加值影响的规律性特征、自主创新产出对经济增长的影响特征。

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy maintained a sustained rapid growth, However, China made great achievements in economic development, while in the world competitive advantage achieved mainly through low-cost labor productivity, huge potential market, and large-scale but low efficiency of government investment. In order to maintain stable economic growth in the future, China must enhance independent innovation capability as soon as possible, particularly adjust industrial structure and transform economic growth mode through the advanced capabilities of independent innovation of core technologies.This paper discusses the relationship of independent Innovation and economic growth using the data of Chinese various regions and medium-sized industrial enterprises of various sectors. There are significant differences of independent innovation capability between all regions and all sectors of China through assessing the capability of independent innovation of various areas and sectors in China. To compare the developmental pattern of Innovation and comparative advantage based on these differences. And in the process of independent innovation, the development of various regions and industries either depend on technique acquisition, re-introduction of technology innovation, or Independent R & D.The evaluation of independent innovation ability contains input capacity, output capacity and efficient of independent innovation, the main part of the research including various regions in China and industrial enterprises of large and medium scale. In the evaluation of input and output capacity, Factor analysis and Cluster analysis is used on the basis of the index system of independent innovation. In the evaluation of efficient of independent innovation, stochastic frontier analysis is used in order to analysis the efficiency levels of each body, the significance of input elements to output elements and the trend of dynamic change.The comparison between independent innovation and growth mode of comparative advantage shows that in the process of economic development, the simple use of capital investment, resources or labor advantages, so the level of economic development should be adapt to scientific and technological input. R & D investment and educational investment both play an significant role in promoting economic growth, and the role of personnel input is relatively small, these suggest existing staff is still insufficient in the level of human capital and doesn’t really exert its role. Therefore, we should focus more on human capital training in the process of economic development.The research on differentiation economic growth model of independent innovation including two aspects,the choice of form of technological progress and the relationship of between independent innovation and economic growth。Using panel data models and quantile regression Analysis the Regular features of technique acquisition, re-introduction of technology innovation, and Independent R & D.
