发电机励磁控制实时监测与故障诊断专家系统的研究

【摘要】 发电机励磁系统是发电机控制系统的核心,对整个电力系统安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。本文从运行和维护的角度分别研究了发电机励磁控制的实时监测系统和故障诊断专家系统。首先,对励磁控制系统的实时监测模块进行了研究,介绍了相关硬件组成及各软件模块的设计思想及实现方法。励磁系统运行过程中需要监测和记录的数据很多,为了在不增加系统硬件和不降低装置可靠性的基础上实现大量数据的处理,本文利用CAN现场总线建立了实时监测系统,CAN总线将励磁装置各模块单元有机地联系起来,使监测系统可以实时获取所有的运行与控制数据,并且根据需要通过软件柔性调整数据量。监测系统软件采用图形化编程软件LabVIEW设计实现,软件体系包含了实时显示、参数修改、开关量顺序记录及故障录波等模块。监测系统不仅界面友好、功能丰富,而且软件维护和升级也非常方便。本监测模块已应用于一种新型励磁系统中。励磁系统故障诊断专家系统可帮助现场维护维修人员快速故障定位,大大缩短故障停机时间。本文通过对励磁系统故障原因进行分析,结合现场维护专业人员和励磁专家的实际经验,建立了励磁系统故障诊断专家系统知识库及其维护系统。提出了专家系统的动态优先搜索策略,加快了系统的推理进程,能够更快地确定故障点。利用Prolog的ESTA外壳程序及LabVIEW分别建立了励磁故障诊断专家系统。该专家系统实现了励磁系统故障诊断的交互式人机界面,根据具体故障现象,系统提供了相应的故障处理意见及故障原因解释系统,利于现场人员快速解决与励磁系统有关的故障问题。

【Abstract】 As the core of the generator control system, excitation equipment plays an important role in maintaining the safe and steady operation of generators and power systems. To improve operation and maintenance, a real-time monitoring system and an expert system for fault diagnosis of excitation system were discussed in this paper.First, a real-time monitoring module of excitation system was discussed, including the hardware architecture and the design ideas and realization methods of the software module.There are a lot of parameters to be monitored and recorded in the excitation system, In order to process these data without increasing the hardware, a real-time monitoring system for excitation based on CAN bus was proposed. The modules of excitation system are connected with each other by CAN bus, so the monitoring system can receive all the operation and control data, and the data quantity can be modified by the software. LabVIEW was used for the design of the monitoring system software .The software system is composed of real-time display module, parameter configuration module, event sequence record module and fault data record module. The monitoring system has the characters of friendly interface, rich function, easy maintenance and easy upgrading. This monitoring module has been applied to a new type of excitation system. The excitation fault diagnosis expert system can make fast troubleshooting and shorter outage of generator. By analyzing the fault cause of the excitation system and combining the practical experience of the on-site maintenance personnel and excitation field experts, the knowledge base and the maintenance system of the excitation fault diagnosis expert system were established in this paper.In order to fast troubleshooting, shorten reasoning time, the dynamic priority search strategy was proposed in this paper. The expert system for fault diagnosis of excitation program was based on LabVIEW and the ESTA shell of Prolog. As far as the excitation system fault is concerned, the expert system realized the Human-Machine Interaction. According to different malfunction to the idiographic malfunction, this expert system could offer corresponding Treatment suggestion and system fault reason interpretation. It is helpful for the site personnel to solve, in a fast way, the excitation system problem.
