【摘要】 观光农业具有农业和旅游业的双重产业属性。我国灿烂的农耕文明和丰富的农业资源为观光农业的发展提供了优越的基础条件,另外随着城市居民回归自然的意愿渐强,形成了巨大的客源市场和旅游需求,这些都有力的推动了我国农业观光的发展,也促进了农业观光园这种综合园区模式的发展。本文以生态农业观光园作为研究对象,抓住生态农业观光园关键的内容进行重点研究。从景观、产业和旅游学角度出发,深入研究了生态农业观光园的景观规划、产业规划和游憩规划。主要内容包括以下几部分：第一部分即绪论,主要阐述本文的研究背景、研究的对象与范围、研究的目的与意义、研究的内容与框架以及本文的创新之处。第二部分包括了第二、三章的内容,作为本文的基础研究。首先阐述了观光农业的概念、内涵以及特点和类型,并对国内外观光农业的发展概况进行了梳理。其次分析了国内外专家学者在农业观光园研究与实践方面的概况,指出在理论研究方面和园区建设方面存在的问题,并提出相应的发展对策。第三部分包括第四、五、六、七、八、九章,是本文的主体研究。主要深入探讨了生态农业观光园的内涵,提出生态农业观光园的特征以及类型,并且结合生态农业观光园营建的多元理论支撑系统,详细分析了生态农业观光园营建的背景条件、自身建设条件以及开发定位和运营模式。第七章至第九章是全文研究的重点部分,·分别从景观规划、产业规划和游憩规划三个方面研究探讨了生态农业观光园的核心规划。第四部分即第十章,是本文的应用研究。通过实践项目的分析,以期能为生态农业观光园的规划建设提供借鉴和思考。最后是本文的结论部分。生态农业观光园可研究的内容很多,本文通过对生态农业观光园的景观、产业和游憩规划的研究,对于补充和完善农业观光园规划的理论体系,探索农业观光园规划的方法,具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Touring-agriculture industry holds attributes of both agriculture and tourism. The splendid agricultural civilization history and rich agricultural resources in China have laid exceptional foundation for the development of touring-agriculture. In addition, an enormously expanding tourist source market and an immense tourism demand have formed upon the urban residents’ growing demand of returning to nature. All of above promotes the development of this industry in China, as well as the development of integrated touring models such as tourism parks.This paper introduces a case study of eco-agricultural tourism park through specific investigations of its key components, upon which is the in-depth research of landscape planning, industry planning and recreation planning from views of landscape designing, industry and tourism, respectively. The main content may summarize as the following five parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly elaborates the research background, research object and scope, research motive and vital significance, research content and frame and innovated theories.The second part includes the second and third chapteras the research foundation. This part firstly defines the concept, characteristics and forms of touring-agriculture. Then research and practice on touring-agriculture accomplished by domestic and foreign scholars are analyzed, problems and corresponding strategies in theories and constructions of the eco-agricultural tourism park are pointed out.The third part includes the fourth to ninth chapters, as the major analysis part. This part discusses deeper essence of eco-agricultural tourism park and then presents its characteristics and forms. By combining with the multi-theory supporting framework, this part investigates the background conditions, construction conditions as well as the development orientation and the business model of eco-agricultural park. Chapter seven to chapter nine are the crucial part of the whole paper, which discusses the core planning strategy from perspectives of landscape planning, industry planning and recreation planning.The fourth part contains the tenth chapter, as the applications of theories in this paper. Through case study, this part expects to stimulate thoughts and serve as reference to the construction and planning of eco-agricultural tourism park.The final part is the conclusion part.Eco-agricultural tourism park includes substantial contents to investigate. Through detailed research on landscape, industry and recreation planning in eco-agricultural tourism park, this paper embraces theoretical and practical instructions to complete the theory framework and to explore methods of planning of eco-agricultural tourism park.更多还原
