杭州市城市绿地生态服务功能价值评估研究

【摘要】 生态服务功能是人类生存与现代文明的基础,维持与保护生态系统服务功能是实现整个社会可持续发展的基础,生态系统服务功能的研究是近年来的生态学研究的热点领域。城市绿地是城市生态系统中具有自净能力、自动调节能力和生命力的基础设施,在改善城市生态环境、美化市容、调节城市生态平衡中发挥着主导作用,已成为衡量城市生态文明和城市现代化的重要标志。生态服务功能价值的评估是城市生态学、城市绿地建设和管理领域的一个研究热点。针对国内外城市绿地生态服务功能价值评估中缺乏公众评估、缺乏综合创新评估体系、指标计量方法混乱、指标参数针对性差、缺乏精细化动态分类评估等瓶颈问题,本研究构建了先进、合理、创新的专家和公众信息相融合的城市绿地生态服务功能评估指标体系,探索了适合、有效的创新评估指标模型、计量方法和相关参数,并以著名的国际风景旅游城市、国家园林城市、国家森林城市、中国最佳旅游城市之一的杭州市为对象,进行城市绿地生态服务功能价值的精细化动态分类综合量化评估,从而为城市绿地的环境评估、规划、建设、管理提供启示和借鉴,对于构建以人为本的和谐社会、促进绿色GDP核算、实现低碳社会和城市的可持续发展具有非常重要的经济、社会、政治和科技发展的意义。

【Abstract】 Ecosystem services is the foundation of human existence and modern civilization, maintaining and protecting of ecosystem services is the foundation for realizing sustainable development of the whole society. The study about ecosystem services is the hot area of ecology studies in recent years. The urban green space is infrastructure in urban ecosystem, which has the ability of self-purification, automatic adjustment and vitality, it also plays a leading role in improving urban ecological environment and amenity, adjusting urban eco-balance, which has already become a significant symbol of measuring the urban ecological civilization and modernization. The assessment on the value of ecosystem services is a hot topic in urban ecology, construction and administration in urban green space.For some bottleneck problems, such as the lack of public assessment and general innovative assessment system, disorder of index measurement, weakness in index parameter pertinence and sophisticated measurement methods, plus the lack of elaborate dynamic classified assessment. An advanced, reasonable and innovative assessment index system for ecosystem services of urban green space was proposed in this study by integrating information from experts and the public, exploring appropriate and efficient innovative assessment index model, measurement methods and relevant parameters, while taking Hangzhou City, the famous international scenic tourist city, national garden city, national forest city and one of the best tourist cities as a subject, to carry out the elaborate dynamic classified integrated quantitative assessment for the evaluation of urban ecosystem services, thus to provide inspiration and experience on environmental assessment, planning, construction, and administration for urban green space, which has economic, social, political, and technological development significance for creating a harmonious society based on humanity, promotion of green GDP accounting, achievement of low carbon society and sustainable development of the city.
