林业绿色供应链的物流一体化管理系统研究

【摘要】 在应用林业绿色供应链理论解决林业经济管理问题的过程中,都必然会与物流产生联系。物流管理是现代供应链管理思想的起源,也是供应链管理的重要组成内容,在林业产业和生态复合系统中起着“血液循环”作用,实现了经济活动中物质和能量的交换,建立了连接产业系统和生态系统的桥梁。因此,随着我国林业绿色供应链管理理论和实践研究的不断深入,林业物流管理也逐步成为研究热点,本文正是在林业绿色供应链环境下开展的物流一体化管理研究。首先对国内外供应链和物流管理的相关研究成果进行了总结和分析,由此确定研究工作的两个主要目标。第一个目标是用林业绿色供应链的管理思想指导林业物流管理,在认清林业绿色供应链的典型特征和特殊要求的前提下,提出现存物流管理问题的解决方案。另一个目标是结合物流对林业产业的供应链、价值链和生态链所起的基础支撑作用,以物流一体化为供应链物流运作模式,为林业经济和生态环境的协调发展构建一个行之有效的物流管理系统。其次对比分析了林业绿色供应链物流、一般供应链物流和一般绿色供应链物流,对我国林业绿色供应链物流管理的现状和问题进行了系统阐述,从而突出了林业绿色供应链物流的内涵和特点,明确了林业绿色供应链物流管理的要求和重点,为林业绿色供应链物流一体化的深入研究创造了条件。然后通过对物流一体化管理思想和模式的理论探讨,提出了以物流管理集成和物流管理协同为核心的物流一体化管理方法,建立了林业绿色供应链物流一体化的三维管理模型。在上述研究的基础上,对林业绿色供应链物流一体化的动因和机理进行了探讨,设计了林业绿色供应链物流一体化的组织结构、基于第三方物流的运行模式和基于第四方物流的协调机制。并对林业绿色供应链物流一体化的技术支撑体系进行了综合分析,构建了其系统框架和应用模式。最后结合WZ制纸的企业实际开展了实证研究,对林业绿色供应链物流一体化的运行模式和物流技术进行了实际应用,并对其初步成效进行了分析总结。

【Abstract】 In the process of using the forestry green supply chain to solve the problems about the forestry economic management, logistics management plays a key role. The logistics management is the origin of modern supply chain management, and also be an important part of the supply chain. As the industry ecosystem of blood circulation system, logistics system is not only to realize the economic system of matter and energy exchange support system, but also be a bridge to connect the economic system and ecological system. Therefore, with the intensive research on China’s forestry green supply chain, forestry logistics management also gradually becomes a hotspot. So the paper is to carry out the research of the integration of logistics in the forestry green supply chain environment.Firstly, the author summarized the related research about supply chain management and logistic management to construct the main goals of the paper. One goal is forestry green supply chain management theory which guides the forestry logistics management. Another goal is the symbiotic model in forestry supply chain, value chain and ecology chain. As an effective supply chain logistics operating mode, the integration of logistics can be used to build a reasonable logistics system which supports forestry green supply chain management and the coordinated development between forestry economic and ecological environment.Secendly, In accordance with the comparation and analysis of forestry green supply chain logistics, general supply chain logistics and general green supply chain logistics, the paper carried on a systematically study on present condition and problems of our country’s forestry green supply chain logictics management. Through outstanded the content and characteristics of forestry green supply chain logictics, the paper explicited the request and point of forestry green supply chain logictics management and provided the foundation of research on the integrated logistics management in forestry green supply chain.Thirdly, the paper discovered the main theoretical foundations and models of integrated logistics. In these theoretical foundations and models, integration and synergy should be treated as the core principle of integrated logistics management. Then the author created a whole 3D management model of the integration of logistics in forestry green supply chain.Fourly, the paper analyzed the motivation and mechanism of integrated logistics management in forestry supply chain, constructed the organization of integrated logistics, discussed the operation mode based on 3rd logistics and builded a coordination mechanism based on 4rd logistics. In order to support integrated logistics management, a logistics technology support system is necessary. So the paper constructed an integrated frame of the logistics technology system and discussed its application pattern.Lastly, the author choosed WZ papermaking company as a subject investigated. The paper applied the research findings above-mentioned to implement the integration of logistics in the forestry green supply chain and summarized those pursuit’s preliminary results.
