【摘要】 关于历史文化遗产的保护与利用由来已久,但是针对与历史文化遗产的形成、发展与生存密切关联的周边环境的关注始终不够。在当前全球化背景下城乡文化特色和地域特色普遍缺失的态势中,历史文化遗产及其周边环境因所具有的悠久历史和厚重内涵,体现出浓郁的地方文化特色和传统文化的烙印。2005年第15届ICOMOS在中国西安的大会通过的《关于历史建筑、古遗址和历史地区周边环境保护的西安宣言》,作为第一部有关遗产周边环境的国际法规,对历史文化遗产及其周边环境的保护与规划设计奠定了理论基础并提供了实践指导原则。因此,当前历史文化遗产及其周边环境的整体保护与规划设计已经越来越成为城乡规划与设计中的重要研究课题。本论文正是在这种现实背景下,对于基础理论和设计实践进行了综合研究,初步建立了有关历史文化遗产资源周边建筑环境的保护与规划设计模式,为今后的设计实践提供一定的参考与借鉴。本论文首先通过对各项里程碑式的纲领性文件和其他专门的法律法规的解析,对世界遗产保护理论和我国有关遗产保护理论的发展历程进行了研究,为论文的实践研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。在此基础上,构建了完善的历史文化遗产资源周边环境保护与规划设计的要素系统,并结合自身的设计实践,选取国内外优秀的既往设计成功案例进行了全面客观的解析研究。基于对历史文化遗产及其周边环境的理论基础研究和既往设计实践研究的综合研究成果,本论文建构了全面系统的对于历史文化遗产资源周边建筑环境的保护与规划设计模式体系。提出了设计中应该遵循的设计原则、指导思想和保护与规划设计依据,并提出以类型化的方式来展开规划设计。并总结了各种适宜的规划先导理念和详细的规划设计方法,对于指导现实中有关历史文化遗产及其周边环境中的保护与规划设计实践有一定的启示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been an age-old conservation and reuse of historical culture heritage, but the attention about the surrounding related closely to the formation, development and existence of historical culture heritage isn’t enough. In the context of globalization and the situation of universal absence of the urban and rural cultural features and geographical features, the long history and profound significance of the historical culture heritage and environment represents to strong local culture feature and traditional culture.《Xi’an Declaration on the Conservation of the Setting of Heritage Structures, Sites and Areas》adopted in Xi’an, China by the 15th General Assembly of ICOMOS in 2005, as the first international law on heritage setting, provides the theoretical foundation and the guiding principle of practice for the protection and planning design of historical culture heritage and setting. Therefore, the overall protection and planning design of historical culture heritage and environment has already become an important research subject of urban and rural planning and design. Under the background, this paper researches synthetically the basic theory, design and practice, establishes preliminarily the protection and planning design pattern about the environment around the historical culture heritage resource, and provides certain reference and guidance for the following design practices.This paper have analyzed various kinds of programmatic document as milestone and the other technical legislations, and then have studied the development of heritage protection theory of home and aboard. On this bases,the element system of the protection and design of historical and cultural heritages and their environment have been made up. Meanwhile, some successful cases of home and aboard have been selected and generally analyzed in this paper by the author who connected with her own design practice.Based on the basic research of historical and cultural heritage and the setting, the comprehensive research results of the traditional design practice research, This paper constructs comprehensive system of protection and planning design model system for built environment around historical and cultural heritage resources . Puts forward the design principles should been followed , guiding ideology , design basis of planning and protection, as well as puts forward the method of stereotype to start planning and design. And summarizes various appropriate planning guide idea and the detailed planning methods. It‘s given inspiration to guide protection and planning practice about historical and cultural heritage and its surrounding environment in reality.更多还原
