基于系统动力学的煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值耦合关系研究

【摘要】 本文结合煤炭开采价值评估和土地利用价值评估的相关理论和方法,综合运用系统动力学的基本原理,通过理论分析、调查取证、深入研究和工程实践,围绕煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值的耦合关系与耦合机理进行了深入研究,得出了以下结论:(1)分析总结了煤炭开采价值和土地利用价值的评估体系和方法,提出了矿区土地利用价值的评估方法。在分析煤炭开采价值和土地利用价值构成及内涵的基础上,对其评估体系和方法进行了归纳,并就煤炭开采对土地利用价值因素的影响变化进行了研究,对矿区土地利用价值评估方法进行了有益探讨,并总结了矿区土地利用价值的特征。(2)煤炭开采与土地利用之间相互影响,从理论上分析了煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值的耦合机理。煤炭开采对土地利用影响主要体现在对土地的压占、土地塌陷以及环境污染这三个方面。本文以土地塌陷为主要研究对象,对两者间的相互影响关系进行深入分析,剖析了两种资源开采利用价值之间的耦合机理,并做出了其耦合机理图。(3)论文研究了煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值之间的耦合关系,并推导出矿地两种资源一体化开采利用综合价值最大化的数理表达式。进而研究了两种价值的耦合一般规律,并推导出矿地一体化开采利用总价值最大化Tmax判断算式,得出了求取最优采出率a的技术方法。(4)建立了煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值的系统动力学模型。运用系统动力学的理论方法,将煤炭开采价值作为一个系统整体,对自然、劳动、环境、社会这四部分价值进行整合,得出煤炭开采价值系统应该由经济价值子系统、社会价值子系统和生态价值子系统构成,土地利用价值也可分为经济价值子系统、社会价值子系统和生态价值子系统,并用系统动力学软件——Vensim分别绘制出煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值的SD模型。(5)以徐州市旗山煤矿为实例进行论证,得出了其合理采出率a值。结合旗山煤矿的生产实际,分别分析了按现有可采储量的100%、90%、80%、70%、60%进行开采时,旗山煤矿在不同采出率条件下煤炭开采价值与土地利用价值的变化情况,并得出了旗山煤矿在采出率为90%时,矿地一体化开采利用价值最大的结论。该论文有图63幅,表格49张,参考文献篇150篇。

【Abstract】 In light of coal source value evaluation, land utilization evaluation, related theories and approaches, with the application of basic principles of system dynamics and method of Multi-objective Decision, this dissertation reports an intensive research into the system of surface miner in terms of investigation, theoretical analysis and engineering practice. The findings of this research work are as follows:(1) This thesis analyzed as well as summarized the evaluation system and evaluation methods of coal exploitation value and land utilization value, and raised the improved evaluation way of mine area land utilization value. Based on the analysis of the value structure and concept of coal resource development value and land utilization value, the author researched the changing trends of the influence factors of land utilization in coal development. At the same time, the author discussed the evaluation methods of mine area land utilization value, and summarized the characteristics of mine area land utilization value.(2) Coal development and land utilization have an interactional relationship. This thesis analyzed coal exploitation value and land utilization value theoretically. Coal development has an influence to the land utilization, and this relationship is expressed in the factors of land pressure, land sinks and environmental pollution. This thesis took land sinks as the major research object, analyzing the interactional affecting relationship deeply, and the coupling mechanism of these two resource’s utilization value, on the basis of which the author drew a chart of coupling mechanism.(3) The thesis studied the coupled relation between coal exploitation value and land utilization value. And it derived the mathematical expression that indicated the maximum comprehensive value of mine-land integration exploitation. Based on the coupling mechanism between coal exploitation value and land utilization value, the thesis researched the coupled relation and discipline of the two values. And it derived Tmax, a judgment formula of the optimization exploitation value from the mathematical expression, and the technical methods of optimal mining rate a can be got.(4) The paper created system dynamic models of the coal exploitation value and land utilization value. The coal exploitation value can be regarded as a whole system by using the theory and method of the system dynamic model. And this system should comprise the economic value subsystem, social value subsystem and ecological value subsystem through integrating the value of nature, labor, environment and society. According to that theory and method, the land utilization value can also be composed of three subsystems including economic value subsystem, social value subsystem and ecological value subsystem. And SD models of coal exploitation value and land utilization value can be drawn by Vensim, a kind of system dynamics software.(5) Suitable mining rate a can be obtained by the demonstration with the example of Qishan coal mine in Xuzhou city. Starting with the production and combined with the actual condition of the Qishan coal mine, the thesis analyzed the changes of the coal exploitation value and land utilization value under various mining rates of the recoverable reserve such as 100%, 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%. And it came to a conclusion that the maximum comprehensive value of mine-land integration exploitation can be reached at 90% mining rate.
