物流领域若干关键问题研究

【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展,我国的物流产业将进入一个快速增长的时期,在物流业迅速发展的同时,也存在一些问题急待研究解决,如物流中心的选址方法,物流配送网络的设计优化,现代物流信息交换共享平台的建设以及物流平台信息传输安全性保障等问题。本文对上述问题进行了系统、深入和全面的研究。本文所取得的主要研究成果和主要创新点如下:(1)本文首先对近年来国内外有关物流配送中心选址方法进行了分析和比较,然后详细地描述了配送中心选址评价指标体系的建立方法,给出了物流配送中心评价指标体系的建立原则,体系框架和建立方法,提出了基于改进三角模糊数的物流中心选址评价指标权重确定方法和模糊综合评价方法,并通过实验证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。(2)在详细分析物流配送网络设计中存在的问题的基础上,提出了满足时间约束的物流配送网络设计方法,并通过具体场景进行了算法仿真,得到了配送中心数目与服务质量关系的一般性结论,并且通过对收敛特性进行定性和定量的分析,验证了该方法的有效性。(3)在对物流行业充分调查分析的基础上,给出了物流信息平台的通用框架,提出了基于ESB技术的物流信息交换共享平台,具体分析了平台的数据交换模式,制定平台数据交换规范,详细给出该数据交换平台的实现架构。实践表明,通过物流信息交换共享平台可以实现全新的可扩展的数据集成,并具有良好的伸缩性和通用性,对提高物流行业信息化和管理水平具有重要的意义。(4)根据物流信息平台的特点,在分析了涉及网络安全通信的关键技术(包括数据加密、身份认证、消息摘要、安全协议等)基础上,运用序列密码和分组密码相互融合和渗透的思想,提出了一种新的适用于物流信息交换的通信加密协议,该协议基于混合加密算法(结合分组加密算法和序列加密算法),提供了伪随机数据加密、身份认证、完整性校验等功能,实现了较好的网络安全传输机制,为物流信息平台安全通信提供了可靠的保障。

【Abstract】 With the development of market economy, China’s logistics industry will enter a period of rapid growth. Several key technologies of logistics are studied and analyzed systematically in this dissertation. They are logistics center location methods, logistics an distribution network design methods, logistics information sharing platform and logistics security protocol for logistics information transmission.In this dissertation some innovations have been achieved and presented:Firstly, this dissertation adopts the modified Delphi method to select the logistics center location evaluation factors, in determination of factor weights, to against the shortcomings of the traditional AHP weight determination method, and presents an improved method based on triangular fuzzy numbers, which can solve the problem of subjective and consistency test in AHP method effectively. Experiment studies show that this method is feasible and effective for logistics center location evaluation.Secondly, this paper converts the logistics distribution network problem into a weighting network,which can describe special cases. And establishes a genetic algorithm according to shortest path algorithm in topology model and special constraint of constant node count.Moreover,an emulation experiment is designed to which the algorithm is applied,The experiment proves that the algorithm is valid and efficient.Thirdly, this paper presents a general framework of the logistics information sharing platform based on ESB technology. Practice shows that this logistics information sharing platform has flexibility and versatility.Finally, this paper analyses the traditional transmission network security technology and cryptographic algorithms, presents a mixed-cipher security algorithm and Logistics Secure Communication Protocol to set up an efficient and secure data transmission channel to transfer the security data.
