【摘要】 CBD作为一个高度集聚的空间形态，是一个人工非自律生态系统，在发展进程中一直是一个生态挑战与绿色探索相结合的过程。论文借鉴生态学、社会学、经济学、文化学原理与城市规划设计相结合，在绿色视野下分析当代CBD的生态发展趋势与挑战，解析绿色CBD概念模型及特征，探讨了CBD绿色发展关注的核心问题、规划设计方法与内容，探索如何在城市规划中实现CBD可持续发展。借鉴CBD研究理论和实践经验，在生态学原理，建构一个绿色视野下的CBD研究模型，在分析其生态特征、运行机制与关注的核心问题以及综合评价方法的基础上，探索当代信息社会下，CBD是否具有可持续性，以及其绿色规划原理与方法。（第二章、第三章）在绿色视野下CBD的规划设计内容与方法，包括：基于能源资源集约利用的规划设计——通过土地与空间资源的绿色高效利用，低碳交通体系的建构，低能耗低排放的绿色建筑设计以及水资源、垃圾废弃物的循环和新能源的利用，并利用信息技术对CBD资源能源利用进行模拟，促进CBD的资源能源循环利用并提高利用效率（第四章）；基于环境品质与健康宜居的规划设计——在高效集约的状态下，通过空间形态规划，塑造健康宜居的CBD微观气候与生态绿化系统，促进并提倡健康的出行、生活与工作方式（第五章）；基于经济、社会、文化活力的规划设计——在效率和高品质的环境下，通过提升CBD空间经济效益完善经济功能与绿色转型等提升经济活力，通过促进人际交往的公共空间形态与时间规划等保障社会活力，通过延续文化结构塑造信心社会下的地域特征等延续文化活力（第六章）；基于综合防灾减灾的规划——通过CBD灾害特征与挑战，提出分析CBD空间规划的综合防灾减灾策略（第七章）。并介绍天津大学与卡迪夫大学联合进的天津滨海新区于家堡CBD的绿色规划与评估体系研究（第八章）。更多还原

【Abstract】 CBD space as a highly concentrated form, is an artificial non-self-disciplineecological system ,the development process has been a challenge and greenenvironment for integrating the process.Paper reference ecology, sociology,economics, cultural studies and urban planning and design ,analyze the ecologicaldevelopment trend and challenges, the conceptual model and characteristics in viewof the green CBD,discuss central issue methods and contents of planning and design,explore how to implement the CBD in urban planning for sustainable development.The paper draw on research theory and practical experience of CBD, construct aresearch model under the green field of vision in the ecological principles , explorethe ustainability of CBD and it’s green planning principles and methods in thecontemporary information society.(Chapter II, ChapterⅢ)Planning and Design contents and methods under the green field of vision ,including: the planning and design based on the use of energy and resources - we canpromote resources recycling and improve energy efficiency of CBD,through thegreen and efficient use of land and space resources, the construction of low-carbontransport system, low carbon emission of green building design and water resources,waste recycling of wastes and the new energy use , and using information technologysimulate the use of energy resources in CBD(Chapter IV);the planning and designbased on the environmental quality and health livable - In efficient intensive state,wecan shape the green micro-climate and ecological of the CBD which is healthy andlivable and promote healthy travel, life and work through space planning(ChapterV);the planning and design based on economic, social and cultural vitality - in termsof efficiency and high quality environment, we can promoted economic vitality byimproving the economic function of CBD space and green restructuring, enhanceeconomic vitality by promoting interpersonal form of public space and timeplanning,continue cultural energy by extending cultural structures shape thegeographical features in confidence social(ChapterⅥ);the planning based oncomprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation - we can proposed a comprehensiveanalysis of disaster prevention and mitigation strategy by disaster features andchallege of CBD( ChapterⅦ.).The paper also introduce the green planning andevaluation systems research of Tianjin Binhai New Area Yujiabao CBD which isbeing researched by Tianjin University and Cardiff University(ChapterⅧ).更多还原
