【摘要】 社会主义市场经济体制的建立、科学技术的快速发展、社会各个领域的巨大变革,给中国医院发展带来了前所未有的历史性挑战。适应新的形势,抓住机遇,迎接挑战,是摆在我们面前十分重要的课题。当今,我国的医疗改革逐步深化,医院分类管理已开始实施,对医院管理提出了新的更高的要求。迫切需要医院管理创新理论的指导,必须深入开展医院管理创新的理论研究和实践探索。本文正是在这一背景下进行医院管理理论与系统研究的。论文选题具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文进行了医院管理系统的理论、系统、管理与创新研究。论文在以下方面的研究有创新之处。论文建立了由医院管理支撑系统、运行系统、动力系统、制约系统和目标系统所组成的医院管理系统。该系统的状态和运行机制是由主导环路的主要反馈回路的相互耦合作用体现出来的结果。论文分析了医院管理系统的构成要素和若干相互作用的关键变量,提出了构成医院管理系统主导环路的反馈回路,建立了医院管理系统动力学模型内部各变量之间总体的数学描述模型。通过医院管理系统仿真,可以模拟真实系统的运行情况,了解医院管理系统未来的可能发展状况,通过对医院管理系统内部的关键变量进行调控,促进医院的良性发展。论文探讨了医院管理系统模型的运用和医院管理系统仿真应注意的问题。论文从心理学、管理学、社会学、系统论、经济学等方面论述了相关理论对医院管理的理论支持,提出了医院管理系统的基本思想、、运行保证、运行前提、运行机制、运行环境和系统特性等,构建了医院管理系统的理论框架。论文对我国医院管理创新进行了深入的研究,从医院监管、医院管理方式创新、医院产权改革、医药分开管理、构建和谐医患关系等方面提出了医院管理创新的思路与改革的方向,对我国医院改革与发展具有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of a socialist market economic system, the fast development of science and technology, and the huge transformation of the social each domain has brought the unprecedented historical challenge for Chinese hospital. It is very important to adapt to the new situation, seize opportunities and meet the challenge. Now, our country’s medical reform gradually deepens, the hospital sort management starts to implement, which sets the new higher request to the hospital management. The urgent need of hospital management innovation theory must carry out the fundamental research and the practice exploration of the hospital management innovation. This article is in this context of hospital management theory and systems research. The selected topic has the important theory significance and the practice value. This article has carried on the hospital management system’s theory, the system, the management and the innovation research.The paper has innovations in the below aspect’s research. The paper has established the hospital management system which composed by the hospital management support system, the operating system, the dynamic system, the restriction system and the target system. This system’s condition and the operational mechanism are the results which manifests by the main feedback loop’s mutual coupling function. The paper has analyzed the hospital management system’s integrant parst and the certain interaction essential variables, proposed the main feedback loops, established hospital management system dynamics model among the variables within the mathematical description of the overall model. Through the hospital management system simulation, it may simulate real system’s operational aspects, and understand that the hospital management system future development. The regulations to the hospital management system interior’s essential variables will promote the hospital benign development. The paper has discussed the questions which the hospital management system model’s utilization and the hospital management system simulation should pay attention. The paper from aspects and so on psychology, management science, sociology, system theory, economics elaborated the correlation theories to the hospital management theory support, proposed hospital management system’s basic philosophy, movement guarantee, movement premise, operational mechanism, movement environment and system performance and so on, and the paper has constructed the hospital management system’s theory frame. The paper has conducted the thorough research to our country hospital management innovation, from the hospital supervision, the hospital management innovation, the reform of hospital property right, the management of medicine separation and so on.
