基于公理设计的精益制造系统的仿真设计研究

【摘要】 在整个企业流程里,制造过程只是其众多环节之一,但它是形成企业核心竞争力的最有力的武器。其它决定企业能否成功的竞争因素如价格、质量、产品上市时间、可靠性、产品和服务的柔性等,这些因素能达到什么程度主要取决于企业的制造系统的设计、控制以及管理实施,而现有的制造系统设计方法已经不能适应制造企业竞争和发展的需要。论文针对企业在应用精益生产理论中存在的误区以及当前工厂设计实践中存在的不足,提出了精益设计的概念。在市场竞争日益激烈、信息技术日趋成熟的大环境下,制造系统的精益设计是提高企业管理水平、改善企业竞争力的必然选择和趋势。本文就基于公理设计理论的制造系统的设计框架所包括的三个方面进行了研究,其中,重点研究了精益制造系统的公理化设计过程、绩效评价以及控制策略的选择等关键性问题,主要内容概括如下:首先,综述了现代设计理论与设计方法,对现代流行的设计理论与设计方法的基本思想与内涵进行了阐述,并分析了其各自的特点。其次,分析和研究了基于公理设计的制造系统设计过程,并在此基础上,通过分析精益制造系统的技术体系,完成了精益制造系统的各系统参数的分解与映射过程,实现了精益制造系统的公理化设计。另外,为了实现精益制造系统系统的详细设计,还对实现精益制造系统设计的技术手段进行了研究。第三,基于精益制造系统的信息控制模型,分析和研究了绩效评价与持续改善、功能需求以及制造系统设计的之间关系,在此基础上,通过归纳与演绎的科学方法,提出了精益制造系统的绩效评价指标体系,并建立了基于组合评价法的精益制造系统的绩效评价模型。第四,分析了精益生产控制策略的研究现状,并在研究精益制造系统的经典控制策略的基础上,提出了精益制造系统的控制策略选择的定量模型。最后,在公理设计指导下,运用精益制造系统设计的技术手段,通过仿真技术对A公司的制造系统进行了精益设计,分析结果表明,新设计的系统在库存水平、效率、在制品以及等待时间等方面都明显优于现在的制造系统,有效地解决了公司A目前存在的问题。本文的研究将有助于提高制造系统设计的系统性与科学性,从而能够从制造系统的设计阶段就尽可能消除企业将来运作过程中可能发生的浪费根源,避免带有明显缺陷的设计方案被付诸实施。

【Abstract】 The manufacturing process is only one of its many aspects in the entire business process, but it is the most powerful weapon of forming the core competitiveness. Other competitive factors on deciding the success, such as price, quality, time, reliability, flexibility of products and services and so on, depend largely on the design process and management implementation of enterprise manufacturing systems, while the the existing manufacturing system design approaches can not adapt to competition and development of manufacturing enterprises. In light of the mistakes within the application of lean production and anadequacies of plant design, this dissertation puts forward the concept and theoretical framework of lean design.With increasing competition in the market and increasingly sophisticated information technology environment, the lean design is the inevitable choice and trends of improving enterprise management competitiveness.The dissertation mainly studies the three aspects of design framework of manufacturing system based on axiomatic design, and especially focuses on axiomatic design, performance evaluation and choice of control strategy for lean manufacturing system , etc. key issues.The main research contents of this dissertation are as following:Firstly, this dissertation studies modern design methodology and design theory, explains the basic idea and content of the design methodology and design theory, and analyzes their own characteristics.Secondly, this dissertation analyzes and studies the process of manufacturing system design based on axiomatic design. On this basis, this dissertation gains the decomposition and mapping process for system parameters of lean manufacturing system by analyzing the techniques of lean production system and their means of achieving itself, and achieves axiomatic design of lean manufacturing system. In addition, in order to achieve the detailed design for lean manufacturing system, this dissertation provides the techniques of lean manufacturing system design. Thirdly, based on information control model of lean manufacturing system,this dissertation analyzes the relationship between performance measurement and continuous improvement, functional requirements, as well as manufacturing system design respectively. Then dissertation puts forward performance evaluation index system of lean manufacturing system through the scientific methods of induction and deduction, and establishes the performance evaluation model of lean manufacturing system based on the combined evaluation methods.Fourthly, the dissertation reviewes the status quo of lean production control strategy. The dissertation studies the classic control strategy of lean manufacturing system and puts forward selection model of lean production control policy under different demand situations for lean manufacturing system.Finally, the dissertation implements the design of lean manufacturing system for Company A through the techniques of lean manufacturing system design and simulation technology. The results shows that the new system is much better than the orginal system on the inventory levels, efficiency, WIP and waiting times, and so on, and resolves the current problem of company A.This dissertation is of great benefit to improve the manufacturing system design systematicly and scientificly, eliminates the root causes of business waste that may cccur in the future as much as possible from the manufacturing system design stage, and avoids implemention of the design with an obvious flaw.
