基于生态准则的成都城市形态可持续发展研究

【摘要】 在当今城市化的快速发展中,城市发展正面临着生态危机。作为历史文化名城的成都,其形态发展与生态环境的矛盾日益尖锐,城市的生态调节功能趋于脆弱。在此背景下,以成都为实证的城市形态可持续发展研究,无疑对四川乃至西部地区城市的可持续发展具有重要的意义,同时也为现代平原城市的形态发展提供一定的借鉴和思路。在借鉴国内外有关研究成果的基础上,从城市形态的动态性出发,综合运用生态学、形态学、环境学、人文社会学、经济学、景观学、系统论等多学科理论以及相关的比较分析法、计量法、归纳法、假设演绎法、三维空间虚拟等方法,试图初步建立起有关城市形态分析的理论框架与科学评价体系。本文对城市形态的概念与特征进行了系统性总结,并立足自然与社会环境,系统地分析成都城市形态演变的生态进程及其演变规律和动力机制。继而,运用不同的计量方法计算成都城市形态的紧凑度,分析空间发展制约,动态掌握空间形态扩展趋势,并比较研究几种典型形态发展模式的优劣,以探讨成都城市形态模式的合理性选择。另外,尝试初步确立城市形态可持续性评价的指标体系,运用数理统计法进行计算分析,对成都城市形态的可持续发展能力作综合评价,并确定生态可持续发展的目标。总结当前国内外先进的城市发展理念与实践经验,同时,通过对比研究,对未来成都城市的用地与人口规模进行假设和演绎,以期建立科学的城市形态发展模型,并且利用软件建模进行空间的虚拟。由此,探索城市形态的未来发展趋势,提出成都应发展绿色集约、多核轴向、区域化发展的可持续城市模式,创建具有川西自然景观特色的生态田园绿都,并在此基础上提出基于生态准则的成都城市形态可持续发展的规划策略。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, in the rapid urbanization development, the city development is confronted with ecological crisis. Chengdu, a historical and cultural city, the contradiction between urban form development and ecological environment is becoming increasingly acute and the urban ecological regulatory function tends to be vulnerable. In this context, research on sustainable development of urban form by taking Chengdu as an example is indubitably meaningful to the sustainable development of Sichuan province and even the West China. Meanwhile it can also provides some references and ideas for the development of the modern plain urban form.Based on the relevant domestic and oversea research, from the dynamic view of urban form, theoretical frame and scientific evaluation system of the urban morphological analysis are trying to be established by comprehensive use of multidisciplinary theories of ecology, morphology, environmental science, humanistic sociology, economics, landscape architecture and systematics and varies methodology, such as the method of comparative analysis, metric method, inductive method, the hypothetical-deductive method and the three-dimensional space virtual method.This paper systematically summarizes the concept and characteristics of urban form and systematically analyzes the ecological process of the evolution of Chengdu urban form and its evolution pattern and dynamic mechanism based on the natural and social environment. Then, a reasonable selection of urban form patterns of Chengdu is explored by using different measuring methods to calculate the capacity of Chengdu urban form and constraints to spatial development, grasp the dynamic expansion trend of space and through comparative study of several development mode of typical forms. In addition, the system of urban sustainability evaluation index is trying to be preliminarily established. The ecological sustainable development aims is determined by making a comprehensive evaluation of the capability of sustainable development of urban form of Chengdu through using the mathematical statistics methods to calculate and analyze.The paper summarizes the domestic and foreign advanced experience of urban development idea and practices. Meanwhile, the future landuse and population scale of Chengdu are supposed and deduced through comparative study In order to establish a scientific model of urban form development and use software modeling for virtual space. Thus, this paper explores the future development trend of urban form and put forward that Chengdu should develop an intensive green, multi-core axial and regional development of sustainable urban pattern. The planning strategy based on the ecological standards for the urban form sustainable development of Chengdu is proposed based on that Chengdu should establish an ecological garden city with a natural landscape feature of western Sichuan style.
