面向用户的整车制造二维供应链及其信息集成研究

【摘要】 汽车制造产业的特点决定了其时间跨度长、产业链长、管理维度多,统筹管理难度大。特别是随着中国汽车市场规模的迅速扩大和竞争的加剧,产业链的精益管理成为整车制造亟待解决的问题之一。信息集成技术是有效解决供应链管理的重要手段,如何在现代制造环境下利用信息集成技术解决供应链制造成本高、管理效率低等问题,就成为汽车供应链管理理论和实践面临的重要课题。因此,本文的研究具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。论文界定了从纵向和横向二个维度进行信息管理的供应链的内涵,其中纵向信息管理就是对供应链信息流标准方向,包括从供应商、整车企业及其内部各个部门之间生产信息与技术信息、销售商和顾客之间的信息流动进行管理;而横向信息管理则是对顾客与顾客之间、销售商与销售商之间、整车厂与整车厂之间或供应商与供应商之间的信息流动进行管理。构建了面向用户的二维集成化供应链架构,即利用WEB2.0的原理,建立了面向用户的集成化供应链技术架构、业务架构和服务架构,以实现以用户为中心的横向和纵向的信息集成;建立了以用户为中心的流程构建模式,以此分析整车企业、供应商和零部件企业横向和纵向同步和异步的流程分类,从理论上探讨了降低供应链交易成本、提高供应链管理效率的途径。分析了整车制造供应链中供应端下游信息的共享、整车制造过程中生产和技术信息共享、销售端需求信息共享的现状以及对成本的影响,提出了二维供应链集成模型,从理论上提出零部件供应商之间,供应商、整车厂与销售商、及销售商之间的信息集成和交互机制及策略。论文取得了以下创新性研究成果:①通过建立面向用户的整车制造二维动态链式架构模型,能够让汽车行业的管理思维由单纯的一维的思维方式,向二维的思维方式转变,实现产业链矩阵式地管理,从而让顾客、销售商、整车厂、供应商等供应链上的所有用户,能获得更加全面、准确、真实、有效的信息。②对整车制造供应链中横向的供应信息、技术与生产信息以及销售信息进行集成,实现整车制造供应链上所有用户最大限度的信息资源共享,提高整个供应链的运行效率和效益。③基于Web2.0设计理念、采用SOA架构,设计满足管理需求的集成化供应链业务架构、技术架构、功能架构等,动态集成横向和纵向的供应链信息,实现面向用户的整车制造二维供应链及其信息交互机制。最后,结合某企业整车制造供应链的管理现状和信息化现状,详细分析了该企业利用二维供应链集成模型对供应商之间、整车企业内部跨生产系统和技术系统、销售商之间信息共享的实施效果,结果表明:本文提出的二维供应链信息集成管理方法有利于提高供应链的管理效率,降低供应链运作成本,进而为优化汽车供应链管理提供了新的建设思路。

【Abstract】 The feature of automobile manufacture industry determines its long span of the time , long industry chain , many dimesion of the management, huge difficulty of the coordinating management. Specially along with the quick enlargement of the scale of the Chinese automobile marketing and aggravatement of the competition, lean management is one of the unsolved problem of the automobile manufacture . Information technology is the important approach to solve the supply chain management. How to make use information technology to solve the problems about high cost , low efficiency of the management is the important issue of the theory and practice. Therefore , the study of the article has important theoretical value and practical Significance.The article defines the longitudinal and horizontal two dimensional information management’s supply chain connotation(longitudinal and horizontal management of the supply chain ), in which, longitudinal management is the standard information orientation of the supply chain including information stream of the supplier, automobile enterprise(internal yielding technology and technology information), distributor and clients; horizontal management is the information stream between clients, between distributors, between automobile enterprises and between suppliers.The article creates the user-oriented two-dimensional supply chain integration architecture , which makes use of the web2.0 principle, and builds user-oriented technolog, business , service architecture, in order to realize horizontal and vertical user-centered information integration, and user-centerd procedure constructing pattern, in order to automobile enterprise , suppliers and distributors’horizontal and vertical synchronous and asynchronous procedure classification. The paper probes into some approach to enchance the management efficiency of the supply chain and decrease the cost of the supply chain.The article analyzes downstream information sharing of the automobile manufacture supply chain, yielding and technology information sharing during the manufacturing procedure and requirement information sharing in the sell-side and the influence to the cost, brings out two-dimensional supply-chain integrating model, and then brings out the information integrating and interacting mechanism.between suppliers, supplier , automobile enterprise and distributors, and distributors . The article obtains the following creative study achievement:①By building user-oriented automobile manufacture two-dimensional dynamical architecture, it can let the managerial idea convert one dimensional pattern into two dimensional patterns, realizes the supply chain matrix management in ordre to make all users including clients, distributors, automobiles and suppliers obtain more comprehensive, prise, actual and efficient information.②To integrate horizontal supply information, technology and yielding information , sales information of the automobile manufacture supply chan realizes maximum information sharing of all users in the supply chain in order to increase the efficiency and performace of the whole supply chain.③Based on web2.0 desiegning idea, by soa architecture, it designes integratin supply chain business architecture, technology architecture, functional architecture,integrates the longitudinal and horizontal supply chain information dynamically, realizes user-oriental automobile manufacture two-dimensional supply chain and information interaction mechanism.At last , according to the managerial current situation and information status quo of X automobile manufacture corporation the paper , the article analyzes the information integrating efficiency of the enterprise by two-dimensional supply chain model to suppliers , automobile enterprise’yielding and technology and distributors. The results shows that the two-dimensional supply chain information integrating management method ,the article brings out, enchances the efficient management , decreaces operating cost. and then it provides new constructing idea to optimize the automobile supply chain .
