综合交通枢纽站点协调规划理论研究

【摘要】 随着我国交通运输业的迅速发展,加快发展综合运输体系,提高交通运输系统的整体效率,努力构建资源节约型、环境友好型交通体系,促进交通可持续发展成为了迫切的问题。其中,如何构建综合交通枢纽体系是综合交通体系研究中的关键课题之一。综合交通枢纽规划由站点的布局、建设规模以及建设时机等各专项规划共同构成,能否从系统的角度出发,将综合交通枢纽规划中的各部分整合起来,纳入到一个协调规划的整体当中,以期取得更佳的规划效果,是具有重要现实意义的论题。本文以综合交通枢纽站点为研究对象,对站点选址、站点规模、建设时序三个专项规划,考虑社会交通出行总成本和建设资金的最小化,用离散网络设计问题加以概括,构建了三个子系统级规划模型。同时探讨了综合交通枢纽站点协调规划的理论和方法,运用协同优化的框架实现了三个存在互耦关系的子系统级规划的并行优化。论文主要对以下几个方面的内容进行了研究:1.将综合交通枢纽站点规划作为一个系统予以梳理解构。在就规划的决策模式、基本类型和思想传统进行了深入的探讨后,结合协调的概念和理论,提出了综合交通枢纽协调规划的理念,阐明其同时属于关于规划的理论和规划中的理论的范畴,并从规划过程、规划方法、规划机制、规划目标四个层面对协调规划理念的含义作出了系统的理论阐释。2.构建了能体现站点布设对于路网的影响的综合交通网络,分别对站点选址、站点规模、建设时序三个专项规划进行了深入的分析。在明确了综合交通枢纽站点规划需要考虑与路网客流分布的互馈关系之后后,基于综合交通网络所提供的统一平台,分别就三个专项规划建立了各自的双层规划模型,并设计混合求解算法,构造了三个算例对规划模型予以验证。3.在对子系统级(专项)规划的耦合协调性进行了细致分析之后,在协同优化框架内,提取规划设计变量,结合站点子系统规划模型的特点,设置相应的数据传递方案,对站点协调规划作出了数学描述,建立了综合交通枢纽站点协调规划模型并设计求解算法。通过相同的算例实验证明了该模型能取得更优的规划方案,验证了该规划模式的优化效果。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of transport industry, a variety of pressing issues have emerged:to accelerate the development of an integrated transport system, to improve the overall efficiency of transportation systems,to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly transport system and to promote the sustainable development of transport. Among them, one of the key issues during the research of the integrated transport system is how to build such a transport hub system. The planning of an integrated transport hub consist of the site layout, construction scale and sequence, and other special plannings, It has become a topic with great practical significance that from the point of view of system, to intergrate all parts of integrated transport hub planning into a coordinated planning for the purpose of achieving a better planning outcome,. This paper has built three bi-level models respectively for the problems of the establishment of site location, site size and construction sequence, with the objet of minimizing the social total traffic-travel cost.Based upon these,the paper has also discussed the theory and methods for the coordinated planning of integrated transport hub site. The main research contents of this dissertation are listed as follows:1. The systemic view of the integrated transport hub site planning was introduced, which can make easy the carding and disintegration of the system. After an in-depth discussion of the decision-making mode in the planning, basic types and traditional ideas,combined with the coordination concepts and theories,the paper has put forward a comprehensive and coordinated concept for the planning of intergrated transport hubs.This concept can be considered as the theory for the before-planning and in-planning at the same time.The systematic theoretical explanation for the concept has also been given in this paper from the levels of planning process, methods, mechanisms and objectives2. An integrated transport system has been established,with reflect of the impact of road network layout for an integrated transport network. A in-depth analysis has been made for the three special plannings---site location, site size and construction sequence.This paper considering the feedback relationship between the planning of the integrated transport system and the distribution of passenger. Then, based on the unified platform provided by the network, three bi-level models have been set up respectively for the special plannings. And three examples of planning models can be well solved with the designed solution algorithms3. The coupled coordination was carefully analysed in the subsystem level (special) planning. In the frame of collaborative optimization, after the extraction of the planning varables, a mathematical description has been given for the coordinated site-planning. Based upon the extremly difficult solution algorithm of collaborative optimization, combining with the characteristics of the system-planning model, using an appropriate information transferring method, the paper has set up a coordinated planning model for the integrated transport hub site. Experiments by the same examples show that the model can achieve better planning sheme. The optimization effect of the coordinated planning model has been well demonstrated by the exemples.
