大跨度预应力混凝土梁桥时变性能及分析方法研究

【摘要】 本文结合教育部高等学校博士点专项科研基金资助项目“基于时变的大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥损伤累积机理研究”(编号:20060613002)等项目的研究工作,针对大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥普遍存在的病害状况及产生的原因,从材料时变性能、结构时变性能、施工控制等方面进行了多角度的研究,提出了结构损伤分析和加固设计的方法,为病害刚构桥的处理提供了新的依据。主要研究内容如下:(1)在对高性能混凝土性能进行综合分析的基础上,进行了基于自然环境下的混凝土材料早龄期时变性能试验,提出了基于本试验数据的HPC时变性能预测模式。(2)分别从计算方法和时变参数两方面研究了预应力混凝土结构时变性能分析结果的误差来源,推导了基于龄期调整有效模量的分时步计算法的相关方程,建立了基于不同收缩、徐变预测模式的仿真模型,并分析了多种因素对影响桥梁结构时变性能及造成损伤的敏感性。(3)提出了基于时变性能的结构损伤分析方法,分析了造成结构性能水平下降的损伤因素,并以实际桥梁检测获得的结构性能水平参数作为评判依据,得到桥梁较为真实的性能水平,为PC刚构桥乃至其它类型桥梁的损伤分析提供了一种新的方法。(4)结合作者完成的多座大跨度混凝土桥梁施工控制工作,提出了基于时变性能的施工控制的总体方法。该方法将目前较成熟的控制理论与基于结构性能的理论体系相结合,在控制目标确定与跟踪、性能水平的预测和全程控制等方面进行了探讨。(5)研究了目前预应力连续刚构桥加固中存在的问题,将损伤分析及时变性能分析的方法与基于性能的设计方法相结合,提出了基于性能的加固设计方法。

【Abstract】 The project "research on the time-dependent damage accumulation mechanism of large-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid bridge" (No.20060613002) is subsidized by Doctoral Special Fund for Institutions of Higher Learning of the Ministry of Education. Based on this project as well as other research projects, this paper focuses on the universal damages and the associated causes in the case of large-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid bridge. Specifically, several aspects are explored from multiple angles, including the material time-dependent performance, the structure time-dependent performance, construction control etc. Besides, this paper proposes the approaches to structural damage analysis and reinforcement design. It also provides new basis for the treatment of damaged rigid bridge. The main contents of the research are as follows:(1) On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of high performance concrete, time-dependent performance test of early age concrete in the natural environment is conducted, and the HPC time-dependent performance prediction model is proposed;(2) The sources of result error on the time-dependent parameters of prestressed concrete structure are investigated form two aspects:calculation methods and time-dependent parameters. On the basis of the effective modulus of different age, the associated time-step calculation equation is deduced. Also, the simulation model based on different prediction models on shrinkage and creep is established. Finally, the impacts of various factors on the time-dependent performance of bridge structures and the sensitivity of the damage are analyzed;(3) The method of analyzing structural damage based on the time-dependent performance is put forward. The factors that caused the decrease of level of structure performance are analyzed. Also, a more realistic level of bridge performance is identified based on the actual level of performance parameters of the bridge structure. This is a new approach for the damage analysis of PC rigid bridge as well as other types of bridge.(4) On the basis of a large amount of construction control work of large-span concrete bridges completed by the author, the time-dependent performance, overall method of construction control is proposed. This method combines current mature control theories with the theory systems based on structural performance. It discusses various aspects, including determining and tracking control targets, forecast and full control of the level of performance etc.(5) Explored the prevalent problems regarding reinforcement of prestressed continuous rigid bridge, the methods of analyzing damage and time-dependent performance were integrated with the performance-based design method, and the performance-based reinforcement design method is proposed.
