【摘要】 建设生态城市已作为加快现代化国际城市建设步伐、增强城市综合竞争力、提高人民生活水平的重要举措,它已成为未来城市发展的必然趋向。自上世纪90年代,我国城市化进程的加快,生态城市成为热点问题、焦点问题。城市的可持续发展对我国在21世纪全面实现现代化和中华民族伟大复兴具有决定性的意义,生态城市是实现可持续发展的重要基础。传统的城市旅游对城市生态环境和文化产生了一定的不良影响,生态城市旅游是维护城市生态平衡、促进城市旅游可持续发展的必由之路。因此,为了促进城市旅游的生态化以及整个城市的可持续发展,生态城市旅游的研究非常必要。建设生态旅游城市要求兼顾社会、经济、环境三者的整体利益,协调发展,同时还要满足不同地区、社会、后代的发展需求。不仅应重视经济发展与生态环境的协调,更应注重居民生活质量的提高,不能因眼前利益而用“掠夺”其他地区的方式换取自身暂时的“繁荣”,或以牺牲后代的利益来保持目前的发展。建设生态旅游城市,就是运用生态学原理,解决城市规划、设计、建设、管理和城市经济发展的各种问题,实现城市生态、经济、社会三大系统的协调发展,建设美好的人类聚居地。基于以上考虑,本文以国家级森林城市珲春为例,对生态旅游城市建设的相关问题进行了初步研究。阐明了本文研究的意义、内容、方法和技术路线等,对国内外相关研究进行了评述,对论文中涉及的基本概念和研究范围进行了界定,并对本文所依据的理论基础进行系统阐述。还对国内外生态旅游城市建设进行了系统地整理分析,通过对国内外生态旅游城市建设主要模式及经验的总结,结合当前珲春市所处的社会经济发展现状,为珲春生态旅游城市建设提供借鉴依据。本文还对生态旅游城市建设的评价指标体系进行了详细论述,以生态旅游资源、生态环境质量以及生态旅游可持续性作为评价指标。并通过对珲春市生态旅游城市发展基础的分析以及珲春市旅游资源的调查评价,结合生态旅游城市建设的相关理论基础、国内外生态旅游城市建设的经验借鉴,以及生态旅游城市建设评价指标体系的构建,对珲春市生态旅游可持续性进行了评价,并对珲春市旅游客源市场进行了预测,提出珲春市生态旅游城市建设目标与内容,以及实现目标、完成建设内容的对策措施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building an ecological city is an important measure for accelerating the pace of a modern international city, enhancing the city’s comprehensive competitiveness, and improving living standards, it has become the inevitable trend of future urban development. Since the 90s of last century, the accelerated process of urbanization, eco-city has become a hot and focus problem. Sustainable development of cities on the full realization of modernization and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation in the 21st century has a decisive significance; ecological city is an important foundation for achieving sustainable development.Traditional urban tourism on the urban ecological environment and culture had a definite negative impact; eco-tourism is the only way to maintain urban ecological balance of the city, promoting urban sustainable development of tourism. Therefore, in order to promote ecological tourism in the city and the entire city’s sustainable development, eco-tourism of the city is very necessary.Build an ecological tourist city requires consideration of social, economic and environment as a whole, coordinating the development, but also to meet the different regions, social and development needs of future generations. Should not only attach importance to economic development and the coordination environment, but should focus on improving the quality of living, can not be used for immediate and "plundering" of other areas in return for its own temporary "prosperity", or at the expense of the interests of future generations to maintain the current development. Build an ecological tourist city, is to use ecological principles to solve urban planning, design, construction, management and urban economic development problems, to achieve urban ecological, economic, social coordinated development of three systems, building a better human settlements.Based on the above considerations, this article example of the national forest city-Hunchun, make a preliminary study on the construction of eco-tourism issues related to the city. This article clarify the significance of this study, content, methods and techniques routes, review of the domestic and foreign research, define the basic concepts involved in the paper and the scope of the study, and this is based on the theoretical foundation described. Also,the urban construction of eco-tourism at home and abroad were systematically analyzed with the city through the construction of major domestic and international eco-tourism model and our experience, combined with the current social and economic development situation of Hunchun. This paper provides reference basis for construction of eco-tourism city of Hunchun. It also describes the construction of eco-tourism city evaluation index system are discussed in detail, the ecological tourism resources, environmental quality and sustainability of eco-tourism as an evaluation index.This paper analysis the basis of eco-tourism urban development of Hunchun, and investigation and evaluation of tourism resources of Hunchun, combined with related theoretical basis to eco-tourism of urban construction, domestic and international eco-tourism experience of urban construction and ecotourism evaluation index system of urban construction, to evaluate the sustainability of ecotourism of Hunchun, and predict the tourist market of Hunchun. It proposed the suggestions for building eco-tourism city and environmental protection measures.更多还原
