【摘要】 研究目的:深入探讨肺和大肠之间气机升降关系,以及在肺肠疾患中的临床应用规律。以期给不断出现的疑难疾患的治疗带来启示,从而发现面向临床应用的理论飞跃的转折点,亦进一步证实“肺合大肠”的科学性和实用性。研究方法:○1采用中医理论发生学研究方法,对“肺合大肠”、“气机升降”的基本概念、基本观点和基本理论的形成与演变,作出客观而确实的表达。○2采用古今文献整理研究的方法,重点探索气机升降关系在肺与大肠中的应用规律性。研究成果:肺以宣降为本,肠以通降为要。肺与大肠有同源性,临床证治分为肺病治肠、肠病治肺及肺肠并治。肺肠的气机升降运动与肺肠生理特性相一致。气机升降失常是肺肠病的病机重点之一,灵活运用升降结合的方法,可以达到调理气机、却病正复的目的。研究结论:肺与大肠经脉上相互络属,生理上相互联系,病理上相互影响,治疗上相互为用。气机失调则百病丛生,调理气机升降是治疗肺肠疾病的基本原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objects: Thorough discussion between lung and Large Intestine in lifting relationship, the clinical application of laws. of lung and Large Intestine disease the clinical application of laws. The lung and the large intestine have the homology, the clinical card governs divides into pulmonary tuberculosis to treat the large intestine, the large intestine disease to treat the lung and the lung and the large intestine treats together.
