【摘要】 历史文化村镇存在于我国广大地区,由于地域差异,这些村镇各具特色。历史建筑和历史街区较完整地传承了我国不同时代的空间组织技术、建筑科技、建材技术、结构技术、朴素的生态观念、民俗文化和传统审美情趣。因此,历史文化村镇是我国历史文化遗产中的瑰宝,具有不可替代的价值。当前,由于历史文化村镇遭到严重的破坏,迫切需要一套历史文化村镇的保护技术,对其进行保护。历史文化村镇的评价体系是历史文化村镇保护技术研究中的重要组成部分,同时是历史文化村镇综合价值的评价工具,因此,历史文化村镇评价体系的研究具有重大意义。笔者系统地考察了珠三角地区和梅州市大埔县的历史文化村镇,并对其保存现状和保护措施进行了研究,了解当地历史建筑的保护与再利用经验、公众参与的现状,分析历史文化村镇的价值构成因素,运用统计学、评价方法学、建筑学、城市规划、景观设计、社会学、经济学和管理学等,建立历史文化村镇的评价体系。本文重点论述以下几个方面的内容:(1)总结现有的历史文化村镇评价体系的研究现状:分析现有的评价体系中评价因素的提取和评价方法;在现有研究和考察的基础上,本研究运用了先进的量化评价的方法;通过大量的问卷调查,采用专家调查法,提取历史文化村镇的评价因素集。(2)首次把历史文化村镇的评价体系一分为二:根据评价因素的特征和操作方法的不同,评价体系分成客观评价体系和主观评价体系。(3)案例研究:以珠三角地区和梅州市大埔县的历史文化村镇为例,对这些历史村镇的历史建筑、特色街巷、人文景观、历史沿袭、民俗风情、保护措施、公众参与、历史建筑的保护和再利用、旅游发展现状等进行分析;并对这些历史村镇进行综合价值的评价,等级划分以及分类保护。(4)历史文化村镇评价体系的自动化研究:本研究开发了“历史文化村镇专家评价系统”软件,省去进行主观模糊综合评价复杂的计算,使评价专家只需输入各个因素的评分,便可由软件计算出最后评分。本研究从时代的角度,通过对全国的历史文化村镇的考察,重新审视它们的价值构成,引进前沿的评价方法,重新构建历史文化村镇的评价体系;选取珠三角地区和梅州市大埔县的历史村镇为重点研究对象,对它们进行综合评价,划分等级和分类保护,这些对于历史文化村镇的保护研究具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historic cultural towns and villages exist over wide area in China. They have extreme different characteristics for diversity locality. Historic buildings and areas carry the different era’s technology of space organization, architecture science and technology, building material science, structure technology, frugal ecology concept,folk custom and traditional taste. Therefore,historic cultural towns and villages can not be replaced for they are our country’s treasures. Currently,historic cultural towns and villages are destroyed seriously, thus protection techniques are badly needed. Evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages is the important part of heritage conservation science and technology, moreover, it is the measure tool of the historic cultural towns and villages’value. Consequently, evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages’research has great significance for this.The author systemically investigated the historic cultural towns and villages located in pearl river delta and Da Bu county in Mei Zhou city, and in-depth investigation and study of their status in quo and protection measures, and know about the historic buildings’protection and reuse experiences, public participant situations, and analyze the factors which make up of their value. Eventually, the writer use the knowledges of statistics, evaluation methodology, architecture, city planning, landscape design, sociology, economics, management, etc. to set up a new evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages .This thesis emphasize several contents as below:Ⅰ. The thesis summarize researches about evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages status in quo. It analyzes the method of picking up evaluation factors and evaluation ways in existing researches; Based on the research status in quo and inquiry, this research introduces advanced quantitative evaluation method; after finished a great number of questionnaires, evaluation factors are epurated by Delphi method.Ⅱ. For the first time, evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages is separated into two parts: quantitative and qualitative evaluation system.Ⅲ. Research of classic examples. By studying the historic cultural towns and villages located in pearl river delta and Mei Zhou city Da Bu county, the paper analyzes historic building, especial street space, cultural landscape, history, folk-custom, protection measure, public participant, protection and reuse of historic building, development of tourist industry. And it evaluates the synthetical value of these historic cultural towns and villages. According to the analyzed result, they are graded and classified. Ⅳ. The automatization research of evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages. A software named evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages for expert is invented to eliminate the trouble of calculation. The expert only need to input a grade in the place appointed, the software will calculate and out put the result.From a fashionable point of view, this research renewedly surveys the value component of them by the inquiry of the historic cultural towns and villages all over the country, and introduces a new evaluation method, sets up a new evaluation system of historic cultural towns and villages ; Use the historic cultural towns and villages distributing over the pearl river delta and Da Bu county in Mei Zhou city as classic examples; it evaluates their synthetical value, graded them and classified them according to the evaluation results.
