基于共生思想的可持续校园规划策略研究

【摘要】 本课题研究是在可持续发展思想日益深入人心,我国社会经济各领域建设努力贯彻、践行科学发展观的宏观背景下提出的。具体到大学校园建设领域,在经历了上世纪末、本世纪初近十几年大规模快速建立发展过程之后,当前的大学校园建设以及相关规划理论研究,已更多地从对量的重视,转而到对质的关注——如何建立起全面、可持续发展的校园环境,已然成为摆在校园规划建设者面前一道崭新而又迫切的难题。通过对已有校园规划理论、文献的汇总分析,本文发现:当前许多关于校园环境可持续发展问题的研讨,多是围绕校园建筑的节水、节能等相关技术性措施而展开;缺乏从总体规划的全局性视角,来系统、全面地解读可持续校园的内涵及其规划建设问题。为此,本文研究内容突出了总体规划在校园环境建设及发展过程中所起到的根本性、决定性作用,并通过形成相对具体、完善的规划设计策略,实现了对现有校园规划理论的进一步完善和提升。本文首度将共生的基本思想与理念引入到大学校园规划研究领域,并尝试从共生的视角对可持续校园基本内涵做出了创新性解读,从而为本课题研究展开提供了有力的理论支持与指导。在此基础上,本文进一步提出了课题研究的核心任务与主要技术路线——即在构建起较为系统、完整的可持续校园规划策略研究体系之基础上,进而得出具体而富有针对性的规划设计策略,并重点突出了针对以下三个层面的策略研究内容:层面一,基于校园发展的整体开放需求(也可称之为外向型需求),提出了可持续校园规划的城市共生策略研究;层面二,基于校园发展的客观本体需求(也可称之为内向型需求),提出了可持续校园规划的时空共生策略研究;层面三,基于校园发展的核心品质需求(也可称之为文化性需求),提出了可持续校园规划的文化共生策略研究。同时,在具体规划策略的形成与完善过程中,本文始终强调适度、辩证的策略研究原则,提倡策略建构的适宜性和经济性,以此凸显对我国目前社会经济总体发展水平的较好适应。最后,本文通过建构可持续校园环境综合评价体系,实现了对上述各项具体策略的系统整合,以体现研究成果的完整性和策略群的整体效益。总之,本课题研究在已有相关研究的基础上,实现了以下创新和突破——第一,将共生思想引入校园规划研究领域,凸显了研究视角的创新;第二,提出了基于共生思想的可持续校园规划策略研究体系,体现了研究思路的创新;第三,形成了许多具体、且不失创新精神的设计策略与工作方法,实现了研究内容的创新。

【Abstract】 Following the popular concept of sustainable development, the constructions of different areas in China are implemented with the thought of scientific outlook development, which is the macroscopic background of this research. Referring to university campus construction, after over 10 years’of large-scale fast development process, the researches of current university campus construction and relevant planning, have shifted from the "quantity" attention to the "quality" concern. That is how to establish campus environment with comprehensive and sustainable development, which has already become a new and urgent puzzle for campus construction planner.Through the overall analysis on theories and literature of campus planning, the following problems are discovered. At present, many discussions of the development of sustainable focus more on water-saving, energy-saving and related technical measures of campus buildings. However, the systematic and comprehensive interpretation of the connotation of sustainable campus and the construction planning problems is neglected. For this reason, the study highlights the essential and decisive role of overall planning on campus environment construction and development process, and with the forming of relatively specific and complete planning design strategies, the theories of campus planning are perfected and advanced.It is the first time that symbiosis concept is introduced to the university campus planning and research field. With this, the study tries to creatively interpret the connotation of "sustainable campus" from symbiosis perspective, thus a strong theoretical support and guidance for this research can be provided. On this basis, this survey further puts forward its core task and main technical route, which is deriving concrete and focalized planning design strategies. This is built on the construction of systematical and complete research system of sustainable campus planning strategies. Meanwhile, the thesis pays focal attention to the strategies of the following three levels. First, the study promotes urban symbiotic strategy of sustainable campus planning, which is depended on the overall open demand of campus development (also called "export-oriented" demand).Second, the study suggests space-time symbiotic strategy of sustainable campus planning, which is founded on the objective ontology needs of campus development (also called "reserved" demand).Third, the study puts forward culturally symbiotic strategy of sustainable campus planning, which is relied on the core quality demand of campus development (also called "cultural" demand).At the same time, in the formation and perfection process of specific planning strategies, this paper always emphasizes moderate, dialectical strategy research principle, and advocates suitability and economy of strategy construction, hence highlights its better adjustment to the general development level of our social economy. Finally, this research constructs the comprehensive evaluation system of sustainable campus environment, which integrates the above specific strategies. Therefore, the completeness of the research result and overall benefit of the strategies are embodied.In short, this research rests on relevant existing research, realizes the following innovation and breakthrough:First, it introduces symbiosis concept to the campus planning research field, spotlights the innovation of research perspective.Second, it proposes a research system of sustainable campus planning strategy based on symbiosis concept, which mirrors the innovation of research thinking.Third, it forms many concrete and innovative design strategies and operating methods, which produces the innovation of research content.
