低透气性富含瓦斯煤层群卸压开采机理及应用研究

【摘要】 开采保护层进行瓦斯抽采是预防煤与瓦斯突出最有效、最经济的区域性防突技术措施;而保护层卸压开采效应与开采因素密切相关。本文综合运用理论分析、数值计算、相似材料模拟及现场工程试验等方法,建立了低透气性煤层群下保护层卸压开采采场覆岩3个数值模型;深入研究了层间距、采高、岩性、煤层倾角、有无硬岩层等主要开采因素对下保护层卸压开采效应的影响;依据相同开采条件(层间距),详细分析了不同采场覆岩数值模型采动过程覆岩位移位移场、应力场与裂隙场动态演化和时空分布特征:研究了低透气性富含瓦斯煤层群下保护层卸压开采采动覆岩移动变形规律、采动岩体裂隙动态演化与分布规律、卸压煤层膨胀变形特征及卸压特征参数;基于3DMAX软件平台,开发了瓦斯抽采钻孔三维设计软件;上述研究成果在淮南潘谢矿区B组煤开采瓦斯治理中得到应用,取得了良好的社会和经济效应。

【Abstract】 Gas extraction during protective seam mining is one of the most effective, economic measures against of coal and gas outburst; and effects of protective seam mining are closely related with protected seam pressure relief effects. In this thesis, mechanical model of stope overburden was established during the low permeability coal seams mining through theoretical analysis. Aiming to different mechanical models of the stope overburden, the effects of main mining factors on the protective seam were discussed by numerical calculation, and the effects of the pressure relief in protected seam were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the same extraction conditions (seam spacing) and, displacement vector fields of the overburden in the stope; the characteristics of displacement field and stress field evolution, fracture field, temporal and spatial distribution before and after fracture of hard rock strata were studied. By similar material simulation experiment, overburden displacement field, stress field and fracture field dynamic evolution of the lower protective seam mining in low permeability gas-rich coal seams were analyzed. Gas control programs were made by the selection of key protective seam. The software of gas extraction boreholes design was developed by 3DMAX software platform. The research results have been applied in Huainan coal mine district and achieved good social and economic effects.
