倒“S”型复杂煤层开采方法优化研究与应用

【摘要】 复杂煤层的采煤方法一直是采矿技术中难题之一。由于其开采条件的特殊性,采煤方法仍然是这类片提高机械化水平、改善技术经济指标与安全状况的关键技术。本文以木城漳千军台倒“S”型复杂煤层为典型研究案例,进行复杂煤层开采方法优化研究与应用工作论文首先利用surpac建模软件建立三维煤层模型,对煤层赋存状况进行了系统的分析,并将倒“S”型复杂煤层动态划分为急倾斜与倾斜两类块段;进而建立采煤方法优化选择模糊综合评价模型,对两类煤层块段的多种可行的采煤方法进行了优化研究,确定对急倾斜块段采用伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采煤法,对倾斜块段则采用伪倾斜走向悬移顶梁支架壁式采煤法;最后,运用有限差分法对开采过程进行了数值模拟和现场观测研究,揭示了倒“S”型复杂煤层矿山压力显现规律。本文的研究成果在木城涧干军台+570水平倒“S”型复杂煤层开采中得到成功地应用,取得了显著的经济和社会效益,同时可在类似煤层开中推广应用。

【Abstract】 Coal mining method of complicated seam has been one of mining technology problems. Due to the particularity of the mining conditions, mining method is still the key technology for such mines to improve mechanization level, the security situation, technical and economic indexes. In order to solve this practical problem, this paper takes "inverted S-type" complicated seam of Qianjuntai mine as the research background and uses coal surpac 3d modeling software to built the coal seam model. We have made synthetical evaluation and found the optimum with the model of many diferent mining methods.Thanks to this method,we conclude that pseudo inclined coal mining with shild support method will be good with large inclination and pseudo tilt toward movable top beam support mining method will be good with small inclination. At last, The overall study on mining process is based on the numerical simulation analysis and field tests, which reveals"Inverted S-type" complicated seam mining pressure laws. The result of this paper which may find widespread use in the similar coal seams has been successfully applied in Qianjuntai+570 level of Muchengjian mine and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
