综采工作面人机环境系统安全研究

Study on Safety of the Man-machine-environment System of the Fully Mechanized Coal Face

【摘要】 在安全行为调查的基础上,应用主成分分析法对现有安全行为规范和不安全行为进行归纳和组织,建立了综采工作面人员安全评价指标体系。应用机械安全风险评价方法,对综采工作面机器设备系统安全性进行分析,建立了工作面设备安全评价指标体系。对综采工作面环境安全事故进行分析,建立了工作面环境安全评价指标体系,完善了提高综采工作面环境安全水平的控制措施。应用风速测试系统对引射除尘器的结构参数进行优化,通过不同结构参数的12种外壳与14种旋芯搭配实验,优化了喷嘴的结构参数。应用射流参数测试系统测量引射除尘器的雾滴速度、雾滴直径等微观参数。建立了安全培训体系和安全培训效果评估模型及评估指标体系。建立了综采上作面人机环境安全信息管理系统模型框架,进行了软件结构设计和数据库设计。

【Abstract】 On the base of investigation in safety behaviour, the paper studied various typical safety behaviour modes in fully mechanized mining face and established worker’s behaviour evaluation system. The reliability of machine in fully mechanized mining face was analyzed and the safety evaluation system of machine was established. The paper analysed the safety of geological conditions and working environment in fully mechanized mining face. The safety evaluation system of environment was established and measures to improve the environment’s safety were given. For the optimization of the extraction’s property, a measure system is designed. For optimizing the nozzle,12 different shells and 14 different rotators were designed and assembled in experiment. The LPDA (Laser Particle Dynamics Analyzer) test system is applied to analyze the properties of water particles sprayed by the five nozzles which fixed in the dust extractor. The model of safety training system in mines has been basically constructed. A software prototype was established for mining safety of man-machine-environment system.
