特大型地下铁矿山建设关键技术研究

【摘要】 设计采选生产能力为750万t/a的李楼-吴集铁矿是迄今为止国内建设规模最大的特大型地下铁矿山,其建设难度与复杂程度前所未有。论文针对该矿在矿井建设和资源开发过程中遇到的关键技术问题,进行了有关我国铁矿石需求预测、矿山建设施工方案优化、复杂条件下特大型斜坡道施工技术及其稳定性分析、矿井通风系统优化等一系列分析与研究,提出了试生产和投产两个阶段连续建设的矿山建设模式和多井多面平行作业的建设方案,以及超长斜坡道穿越第四系厚大复杂地层的掘进与支护技术。研究结果表明,采用多级机站通风技术并将风站整体置于井下是解决特大型地下金属矿山矿井通风的有效方案。

【Abstract】 Lilou-Wuji iron mine is the oversize and largest underground iron mine in our country with 7.5 Mt/a mining capacity and unprecedented complexity. Aiming to solving the key technical problems encountered in the process of the mine construction and resource development, the iron ore demand forecast, optimization program of the mine construction, analysis of the construction technology and the stability of large-scale incline stope and the optimization of the mine ventilation system are made. The paper put forward a continuous mine construction model of two-stage of pre-production and production, operation plan of multi-shaft and multi-surface, and the technique of excavation and support in thick layer through the quaternary system. The results show that it is an effective method to solve the problem of ventilation of special-large scale underground iron mine using multi-level station ventilation technology and placing all the stations underground.
