双PWM变频器及其协调控制技术研究

【摘要】 本文以PWM整流器和PWM逆变器、交流异步电动机所组成的交-直-交电压源型变频调速系统为研究对象,运用参数估计理论、空间矢量、虚拟磁链等理论构建了双PWM变频调速系统。提出了低通滤波器补偿估计法的虚拟磁链估计新型算法,解决无电压传感器控制策略中虚拟磁链估算的关键问题;提出了矢量控制中电压解耦控制方案,实现了电流转矩和电流励磁之间动态完全解耦,给出了简化系统调节器的设计方案;提出了基于负载电流前馈的电容电流直接控制的一体化协调控制策略,实现了双PWM变频器直流侧电容最小化,加快了系统动态快速性;提出了分离不平衡正负序分量的T/3延时法,其能够准确、无差地将正、负序分量进行分离,提高了电网不平衡时整流器控制特性。研制了一套5.5KW的双PWM四象限运行物理实验平台,仿真与实验结果有力地证明了本文研究成果的正确性。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT:Double PWM AC-DC-AC voltage source frequency control system which consists of PWM rectifier, PWM inverter and AC induction motor was established using parameter estimation theory, space vector and the theories of virtual flux. The dissertation presents a new type of virtual flux estimation algorithms of estimation of low-pass filter compensation, which can solve a key issue of virtual flux estimation in control strategy without voltage sensors. The dissertation presents the voltage decoupling control programs in vector control system to achieve the dynamic decoupling completely between the current torque and excitation current, and gives a design scheme of simplified system controller. To achieve the minimum capacitor in the DC side of dual PWM converter, integration coordinated control strategy of the direct control on the capacitor current is proposed based on current feed-forward control strategy, therefore dynamic speediness of the system is accelerated. Its mathematical model was established to analyze load fluctuation characteristics of current direct feedback method. VSR control strategy under imbalance in the power network was researched; the performance of two different control strategies of inhibiting negative sequence current in the AC side and the 2nd harmonic in the DC voltage side has been attained. The dissertation presents T/3 time delay separation method, which can accurately separate the positive and negative sequence components of the imbalance power without error, to improve the control characteristics of VSR. A set of physical test platform of 5.5KW double PWM converter has been developed for four quadrant movement. The dissertation research conclusions were strongly verified accurate by the simulation and experimental results.
