黄沙矿上保护层开采卸压释放作用研究

【摘要】 研究上保护层开采对高瓦斯或具有突出倾向煤层的卸压释放作用,对于解决高瓦斯或具有突出倾向煤层的开采具有1分重要的意义。针对峰峰集团黄沙矿的实际情况,本文以实验室试验为基础,从煤岩力学性质研究入手,利用开发设计的含瓦斯煤力学试验系统并配合MTS815岩石力学试验系统,对含瓦斯煤的力学性质、煤样全应力应变过程的瓦斯流动特性、卸围压和卸轴压时煤样内的瓦斯流动特性进行了研究,获得了不含瓦斯和含有瓦斯后煤样力学性质的不同、含瓦斯煤卸载时力学性质的演化规律:利用FLAC3D进行了研究对上保护层开采时的卸压释放作用,得到了上保护层开采时对其顶、底板岩层产生的卸压作用,并对被保护层受到的卸压释放进行了系统研究,揭示了上保护层开采对被保护层卸压释放的规律特性;以此为基础,利用数值软件CFD-fluent6.23对卸压释放后的煤岩体内瓦斯运移特性分均匀影响和非均匀影响两种情况进行了数值模拟研究。

【Abstract】 It will have an enormously significant to investigate on up-protective layer mining for pressure relief of high gas or outburst tendency coal seam. According to actual conditions of HuangSha mine of FengFeng group, this paper based on laboratory tests and started with rock mechanics properties of coal, then evolution laws of mechanical properties when gas-filled coal samples unloading and different mechanical properties of coal samples when it filled gas and none gas were obtained by studied characters of gas moving in two aspects of coal samples, one aspect was coal specimens in complete stress-strain process and the other one was the samples in conditions during unloading of confining and axial pressure. And all data were acquired by gas-filled coal mechanical testing system which was in-house development design and combined with MTS815 rock mechanics test system. The up-protective layer mining for pressure relief of roof and floor was studied by the approach of FLAC3D and systematic study for the pressure release of protected seam was performed, patterns and characteristics of pressure relief of protected seam that influenced by up-protective layer mining were revealed. Based on these, two different conditions of uniform and non-uniform of gas moving features in the case of pressure release in coal-rock were researched by the numerical software of CFD-fluent 6.23.
