巨厚复合顶煤大断面煤巷围岩控制技术研究

【摘要】 论文在国内外对巨厚复合顶板大断面巷道支护研究成果的基础上,应用理论分析、数值模拟和现场观测等手段对复合顶煤大断面煤巷的支护技术进行系统的研究,主要包括:(1)建立锚索锚固层力学模型,分析得到该类巷道围岩变形与破坏机理;(2)模拟了煤岩体复合顶板裂纹的萌生、扩展、成核和贯通及复合顶煤离层过程;(3)借助数值模拟FLAC3D程序进行计算分析,确定了辅运大巷高强度长锚杆、锚索支护参数;(4)探讨锚杆的主动作用及锚杆预紧力对复合顶煤大巷围岩稳定性的影响,为围岩稳定性控制提出适合的支护方案提供依据;(5)在不连沟煤矿辅运大巷进行工业性实验,通过监测,对巷道采用锚杆支护后的效果进行评价。

【Abstract】 Based on the research achievement of thick composite roof in Large sections mine seam roadway, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and the field observation methods are applied to the support technology of composite top-coal large sections roadway, including:(1) Anchoring layer mechanical model is established and deformation and failure mechanism of roadway surround rock is analyzed;(2) Compound roof crack initiation, expansion, nucleation and breakthrough is simulated;(3)By FLAC3D program numerical simulation, it is concluded that the calculation and analysis of the anchorage support surrounding rock stress, displacement field and the stress distribution, and to determine the anchorage support design, high strength bolt DaHang auxiliary shipped, anchor supporting parameters, and finally form the DaHang for auxiliary shipped supporting optimization scheme;(4) the effect of the active role and pre-tightening force of anchor to composite top-coal large sections roadway that are discussed, which provides basis For the stability of surrounding rock control;(5) By industrial experiment and monitoring in the buliangou, the support effects are evaluated after bolt supporting
