孤岛区域开采冲击与突出危险性耦合规律及预测技术研究

【摘要】 随着煤矿井下开采深度和开采规模的日益扩大,高瓦斯、高地应力煤层冲击地压与突出耦合发生机理和预测技术的研究成为需要亟待解决的重要课题。本文首先分析了冲击地压和煤与瓦斯突出发生的主要影响因素,运用尖点突变理论建立了孤岛面冲击与突出耦合的力学模型,得出了耦合型矿井灾害是地应力、瓦斯压力和煤体结构相互作用,在采矿扰动下发生的系统失稳破坏。论文通过进行冲击倾向性实验判定戊9.10煤样及与顶板组合煤岩样为弱冲击倾向,接着采用FLAC数值模拟软件对孤岛区段沿倾向的支承应力场和机巷、风巷区域应力分布规律进行了数值模拟,并运用关联测度模型和熵函数模型对孤岛区域进行了分区预测,最后井下采用综合预测法结合SPSS数据分析软件得出预测指标临界值。

【Abstract】 With the increasing of mining depth and mining scale day by day, the research on coupling occurrence mechanism and prediction technology of rock impact and outburst in the coal seam with high gas and high in-situ stress has become an important subject that should be to be solved urgently. The main influence factors of rock burst and coal and gas outburst are firstly analyzed in the paper, and then a mechanical model of coupling of burst and outburst is established with acme mutation theory. Based on this model, the conclusion that the coupling mine disaster is a system unstable failure by mining disturbance under the mutual action of in-situ stress, gas press and coal structure is drawn. By the tendency experiment the combined samples of Wu 9.10 coal and roof rock are weak impact trend, and then abutment pressure field along inclination direction and the stress distribution law of mechanical roadway and air entry in the isolated island is simulated with numerical simulation software of FLAC. Besides, subarea forecasting of the isolated island is done using relation measure model and entropy function model. At last, the critical value of predicting indexes is obtained by the synthetical forecasting method and data analysis software of SPSS.
