东方管理人谋思想研究

【摘要】 复旦大学首席教授苏东水先生提出了“以人为本、以德为先、人为为人”的东方管理核心思想,并以“三为”思想为核心在东方管理谋略思想的研究中开创性的提出了人谋管理理论。东方管理的“三为”思想相互结合并落实到具体的人谋管理中,为我们研究中国企业战略决策机制提供了新的视角和新的思路。人谋是东方管理学独具特色的谋略与战略管理行为,是东方管理思想的重要内容之一,是管理者对“中国情境”下的组织战略环境和战略目标进行分析和预测,并综合运用计谋和策略等方法、手段、技巧达到预期目标的行为。本文从东方管理人谋论研究的背景、理论与实践意义出发,通过梳理东方管理、东方管理人谋论、战略管理理论、中国谋略思想以及谋略与战略关系的研究文献综述和东方管理人谋论理论基础,着重分析了人谋论的科学涵义、人谋原理与本质以及东方管理视角的人谋论的科学涵义与基本特征,归纳提炼出人谋谋略与东方管理“三为”思想的密切关系:通过东西方战略思维比较,结合人谋思维的特征,总结提炼出人谋思维过程模型,并对东方管理人谋思维过程模型的21个要素进行详细分析。详细阐述了战略本质“为”、战略目标“胜”、战略基础“势”(内在的“力”与外在的“形”)、战略核心“变”以及战略哲学“十五要素”(道、变、人、威、实、和、器、法、信、筹、谋、术效、勤、圆)等。合理构建了基于东方管理人谋思维过程与决策机制的21个要素指标体系,在此基础上,通过问卷和题项设计、问卷预测试、问卷发放与回收、调研总体与抽样技术运用以及运用SPSS软件进行数据分析,从而对这21个影响要素进行客观评估,以指导现代中国情境下的企业更好地进行战略决策与管理。论文还通过设计结构式访谈问题,对有代表性的中国情境下企业的战略决策进行深度访谈,着重分析了广州毅昌科技和苏宁电器集团的公司背景与行业竞争现状、实施“中国情境”战略与管理创新的情况和实施效果,讨论实施中的问题和未来展望,提出未来中国战略管理的东西方谋略与战略管理思想融合与创新的必由之路。

【Abstract】 President of IFSAM China committee,chief professor of fudan university, Mr Su DongShui proposed "Putting people in the first place,Regarding morality as priority and Behaving oneself so as to serve others "as the core ideas of Oriental management. Based on "three Wei" thoughts he put forward the Oriental management, strategic theory, "three Wei" thoughts of Orinental Management mutually combined and assigned to specific management of laying plans. Which provides new perspectives and new ideas, for us to study Chinese enterprise strategic decision-making mechanism. "Laying plans"is the unique counsel and strategic management behavior and one of the important thoughts of the Orinental Management. Which is the behavior of managers in the "Chinese situation" to analyze and predict the organization’s strategic environment and the strategic target, and use comprehensive counsel and strategy method, means and skills to achieve the anticipated target.This article analyzed the research background, theoretical and practical meaning, Oriental manager theory, strategic management theories, China strategic idea and strategy. And analyzed the principle and the nature of Orient al management Strategy.Focusing the close relationship between the theory of laying plans and "three Wei" thoughts of Oriental management,we compared the laying plans of oriental and western management. Combined with the strategic thinking characteristic and summarizes the "21 elements" of the strategic thinking process model. Expounded the essence of strategy "Wei", strategic goals " win", strategic foundation "potential" (inner "force" and outer "form"), strategic core "change" and strategic philosophy "fifteen factors" (Tao,Flexibility,Human,Power,Honesty,Harmony,Instrument, Enforcement,Credit,Plan,Strategy,Tactics,Efficiency,Diligence and Complete), etc. Reasonable constructed the Straegic thinking process model and the decision-making mechanism based on the 21 elements. On this basis, in order to guide the modern Chinese situations enterprises better for strategic decision and management,we deeply analyzed the 21 impact factors through the questionnaire and topic study design, questionnaire prediction try, questionnaire and recycling, investigation and sampling technology application and overall SPSS software analyzes the data. This paper also design the interviews questions to analyzed Guangdong Yichang Tech. corporation and Suning Appliance Group company background and competition in the industry status, implement "the Chinese situation" strategy and management innovation and implementation effect etc. We discuss the problems in implementation and future prospects, and put forward the future trend for Chines strategic management:the fusion innovation and grants of Oriental and western strategic management thoughts.
