【摘要】 中国企业正在寻求生产创新之外的产品创新来应对激烈的市场竞争。在产品创新中,从创意到项目立项的立项论证处于产品创新的最前端,在很大程度上决定着一个创新项目的成败。从创意到项目的过程,是一个不断选择、评价的过程,涉及到环境、文化、经济成本、技术等诸多复杂性因素,具有相当的操作难度和方法的不确定性。设计事理学秉持“主动创新、自主创新”的态度,以“实事求是”为核心理论,以“目标系统”为理论工具,以“外部因素”与“内部因素”为主要概念,构成了一个整体的设计思想体系。本文将以设计事理学作为基础理论,对从创意到项目的立项进行论证。本文中,产品创新立项可行性的论证体系是由观念层、组织结构层以及操作流程层共同构成。观念层是指在产品创新中的价值观、设计观以及从创意到项目的立项可行性论证的“事理”认识。借助“设计事理学”的思想方法,建立产品创新立项可行性论证的“目标系统”,将复杂的外部因素与内部因素纳入到体系化的理论模型中,充分认识外部因素,即人的复杂性、物的多样性和环境的变换性,由此选择和建构内部因素——产品创新立项可行性论证的操作流程与组织结构。操作流程层是指从创意到立项的产品创新立项论证的具体步骤,包括两部分:产品创新的立项选择程序与评价程序。本文对产品创新的立项选择程序提出了6个步骤,从设计策略的制定到项目的验证与修订。产品创新的项目选择是一个持续评价、决策的过程,因此评价程序与立项程序二者交织在一起,形成完整的程序链条。组织结构是操作流程能够得以顺利实施的人力保障,面对用户权益的组织能达成良好的沟通,减少新产品开发的风险。大部分情况下,产品创新的组织是专门针对特定项目组建而成,并在不同阶段人员的组成呈动态性的特征。在进行理论推导的时候,本文也对典型案例进行了深入的剖析,以求得对产品创新立项论证的深刻认识。

【Abstract】 Chinese companies are seeking product innovation instead of production innovation to cope with the fierce market competition. The feasibility demonstration from creative idea to project is the forefront of the product innovation, which, to a large extent, determines the success of the innovation project. The procedure from coming up with an idea to forming a project involves such complex factors as environment, culture, economic cost and technology, which is with operation difficulties and method uncertainties. Design Affairology is a complete design system with initiative innovation as the principle, seeking truth from facts as the core theory, target system as the theoretical tool and external factors and internal factors as main concepts. This paper studies the feasibility of a project forming from an idea based on Design Affairology.In this paper, the demonstration system consists of concept layers, structure layers and operation process layers. Concept layer is the value and design concept of product innovation together with the cognizance of the project from the angle of affairology. Then we establish the target system of the demonstration, bringing the complex external factors and internal factors into the theoretical model based on the approach of Design Affairology. External factors, which are the complexity of human factors, the diversity of objects and the transformation of environment should be fully realized so that the internal factors of the product innovation can be chosen and constructed, such as application process, evaluation process and organizational structure.Operation progress layer is the concrete steps of the demonstration, including the selection and evaluation. This paper comes up with six steps of the selection procedures such as the formulation of design strategy, the verification and amendment of the project. The selection of production innovation is a continuous assessment and decision-making progress, therefore, the evaluation and the progressing should be conducted simultaneously.Organizational structure is the guarantee of the operation progress, which is faced with user’s right to achieve good communication and reduce the risk of new product development.This paper also analyzes typical cases when carrying out theoretical analysis in order to achieve a deep understanding of the feasibility demonstration.
